Account Deletion Issue
As a regular person, I think it's really important for companies to put user rights and privacy first. It's not okay for a company to not make it easy for users to delete their accounts. When someone decides they don't want to use a certain platform or service anymore, they should be able to take their personal info out of that database. In this day and age where data privacy is a big deal, companies need to be honest and considerate of what their users want. It's not right for businesses to make it hard for people to manage their own data.
Brake pads
I just bought some brake pads from this store, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good they are. The people working there really knew their stuff and helped me find the right pads for my ride. Ordering them was easy peasy, and the price was pretty good too. The service was top-notch - everyone was really nice and ready to lend a hand. Plus, my order showed up real fast and was all wrapped up nice and safe. All in all, it was a great shopping experience and I'll definitely be back for any car stuff I need in the future.
Oil filter and windshield wipers
So I went to this store and got myself an oil filter and some new windshield wipers, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how good they are. The oil filter was a breeze to put in and it's been doing its job perfectly. And the wipers? They fit my car just right and work like a charm when it's raining.
Oil change supplies
I got some oil, a filter, and a drain pan for my car's oil change just the other day. The store had everything I needed, and the staff was really helpful in finding the right stuff for my vehicle. The prices were fair, and the products were good quality. I had a good experience shopping there.
Books
I just bought some books from this store, and even though it's great that they have such a big selection, I was kind of let down by the search function. It kept pulling up the wrong stuff and half the links were busted. I've tried letting them know about it a bunch of times in the last few months, but it doesn't seem like they've done anything to fix it.
Wiper blades
The wiper blades I bought were really good and super easy to put on. They've been working awesome, even when it's pouring rain. I would totally suggest them to anyone.
Brake pads
I bought some brake pads from this store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with the whole thing. The ordering process was confusing and the website wasn't very easy to use. When I called customer service for help, the person I talked to was kinda rude and not very helpful. Plus, the prices were a bit high compared to other places I've bought from. And to top it off, the delivery took longer than expected. All in all, I was pretty let down by the whole experience and I won't be coming back to this store again.

I bought some brake pads that were supposed to be top-notch and durable, but turns out they didn't last very long. They only worked for a few months before I had to replace them. The price was alright, but the quality was a letdown. Ordering was easy, but the delivery took longer than I thought. The customer service folks were helpful in sorting things out, but I probably wouldn't suggest getting these brake pads.
