    GFI course purchase

    My experience with this company has been really frustrating, eh. I bought a GFI course from them not long ago, but when I tried to do the test online, I ran into some technical problems, you know. I reached out to their customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful and just said I should do the test in person, which I couldn't do, eh. When I asked for a refund because of all this inconvenience, they said no way, leaving me without a certification, eh. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere for your training needs, because this company's lack of customer support and tech help is just not right, eh.

    Lawn mower

    The lawnmower I got from this store is working really well, eh? It cuts the grass really smoothly and doesn't get stuck like my old one. It was a bit tricky to figure out how to start it at first, but the guy working there was nice and showed me how. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and my grass looks great, eh?

    I got all my PT certification stuff from this place. I grabbed a book, workbook, and some ACE Answers thingy. The study group was awesome and the practice tests really helped. Plus, I scored some free CE classes with my ACE membership. Learning tons about fitness. I usually do my CE classes through NASM, but ACE gives credit if I enter the "special code". Keeping track of CE was a breeze. Had a question once, gave them a call, and got a quick answer.

    I just finished getting certified through this company and let me tell you, it was jam-packed with so much useful info that I really enjoyed. The content was laid out well and made it simple for me to understand everything I needed to know. But when I tried to fulfill my continuing education requirements, I hit a snag. The instructions I got about the process were kind of confusing and didn't give me enough info, which left me feeling frustrated and like I wasted my time. I really wish there had been better support and guidance in this part of my experience.

    In the past, I've always had good experiences with the customer service at this provider. But lately, I've been pretty disappointed. It's been really tough trying to get ahold of someone for help, and it's been a struggle to renew my certification. I've been trying to download courses online, but they're not showing up in my account, so I'm just wasting time trying to keep my certification up to date. And the online chat feature, which used to be so handy for getting quick help, is hardly ever available now.

    Health coach program

    I signed up for the health coach program and was super pumped to start my journey towards becoming a certified health coach. But guess what? After a month, they dropped a bomb on me – turns out I needed to also do a personal trainer course to even qualify for the exam. As a broke student, I was like, "Uh, excuse me, I can't afford that extra course." So, I asked if I could get my money back for the program I had already signed up for, but guess what they said? The refund period had passed. I didn't give up though, I kept pushing to get my cash back, but the whole process was slow and tedious. And to make matters worse, one of their team members tried to pull a fast one on me, saying they'd only take a 30% cut from my refund, but ended up taking way more. It's been a total nightmare dealing with these guys, so take it from me – stay away from this company.
