    I ordered some car cleaning supplies a few weeks ago, and they were way too expensive. But I still haven't got them yet. I've sent many emails asking about my order, but they haven't replied at all. Obviously, their customer service is terrible, just like the reviews said.

    Wax buffer purchase

    I bought a wax buffer from your store not too long ago, but it stopped working after just an hour. I contacted customer service for help and they told me to check the manual for troubleshooting. Even after trying what they said, the buffer still wouldn't start. They promised to follow up in a day or two but never did, which left me frustrated with a broken product. When I asked for instructions on replacing the brushes, they said they would email them to me, but never did. In the end, I figured out how to change the brushes myself and got the buffer working again. The whole experience was disappointing, and I don't think the brushes should have needed replacing so soon. It seems like the company's growth has taken away from good customer service for loyal customers. Remembering where you came from and putting customer care first is important for keeping customers happy and coming back in the future.

    Leaky foam gun

    I recently bought a foam gun from these guys and it's leaking a lot! I didn't even use half of the product before it ran out. I did some research and realized others are having the same problem. The customer service took a long time to respond, and now I'm disappointed with this product I can't use.

    I just tried to buy some car detailing stuff from this company, but their website wouldn't accept my home address. I contacted customer service to fix it, but they couldn't help. They basically said I should send the stuff to another address or use Amazon. It was really frustrating and disappointing that they couldn't be more helpful.

    Torqx random orbital polisher

    I just bought the Torqx random orbital polisher, eh, thinking it would be strong enough to keep spinning the pad even when I press down a bit. But, I was let down to see it wasn't as powerful as they said, eh, and didn't meet my expectations. And on top of that, I found out I couldn't even return it after using it because the return policy is brutal, eh. It's not fair to us customers just trying to find the right tool for our needs, you know.

    Power washer and kit

    That service was just terrible. I ordered a power washer and kit, but then found out the power washer was out of stock after getting an email saying the kit had been shipped. When I called to fix it, they made it seem like it was all my fault to return the item and said they wouldn't give me my money back until they got the kit back. They didn't even want to help me with a Fed Ex pick up, so I had to drive the 13 miles to the store myself. It's unbelievable how poorly they treat new customers. They really need to do better with their refund process and returns handling.

    Diablo wheel cleaner

    Eh, so I gave their Diablo wheel cleaner a shot, and man, was I ever let down. I followed their instructions exactly, but not one bit of dirt came off my wheels. I even checked the rinse water, and there was no proof that it did any cleaning at all. Honestly, after this letdown, I'm not too keen on spending my time or money on any more of their stuff.

    Headlight Restorer compound

    I bought the Headlight Restorer compound from your store not long ago, but I was kinda let down by how it worked out. I did everything the instructions said, but instead of making my headlights clear like they said it would, it left this weird cloudy stuff on them. I had to go get a different product from another brand to get the results I wanted. It would be great if the store could give better instructions on how to use the Headlight Restorer properly so this doesn't happen again. Thanks!

    I was really let down by the quality of the products I got from this store. The bottles were leaking and the seals were already broken when they arrived. On top of that, the polisher I bought clearly had a problem with the wire, it kept cutting in and out. And to make matters worse, half of my order has been missing since the 16th of October, and now it's the 19th and still no sign of it. When I got in touch with the company, they wouldn't do anything until 5 more business days had gone by. Luckily, I used my credit card for the purchase, so I'm going to dispute the transaction because of their terrible customer service.

    Soap and Wax Kit

    Their service was terrible, eh? I was trying to buy this awesome Soap and Wax Kit, but they were ignoring all my emails. I sent one like three weeks ago, then another one a week and a half ago, and then ANOTHER one yesterday. It's like, come on! I just needed some help, you know? So frustrating, I'm starting to think they'll never reply. Ugh, so annoying, eh?

    I bought some car cleaning stuff for the outside from this one company and lemme tell ya, I was not impressed with the way they treated me. The folks on the customer service line were rude and made me feel like I was bothering them whenever I asked a question. And whenever I wanted to snag some items that were on sale in their emails, they were either sold out or not even in stock anymore. Super annoying, eh. Overall, not a great time.
