Easy online investing
I just got myself an online investing account with this platform and I gotta say, I'm super impressed by how easy and efficient it is. The website makes setting up an account, choosing investments, and tracking my portfolio a total breeze. Their customer service has also been amazing, always quick to help with any questions I've had. Their pricing is fair and upfront, no sneaky fees or surprises. And they've been on the ball with delivery, everything arriving smooth and on time. Overall, I totally recommend this platform to anyone wanting to get started with online investing.
Smooth & easy finances
Eh, this place is great if you're good at managing your own money. I got investin', cash, and crypto accounts and it's been pretty easy peasy. I don't really bother with their customer service much, I just check out the info on their website - it's real straightforward. And let me tell ya, their app is a lot cooler than their website on the computer, eh!
Investment review
This investment company, eh, it's a total rip-off! I was thinking I'd be making some sweet cash with them, but instead, they're just skimming off the top and leaving me with crumbs, you know? Those monthly reports show that they're taking huge chunks in fees, way more than they should be. It's like they're trying to trick me into thinking I'm making money when really, I'm just lining their pockets. Stay away from them, total scam, eh!

Don't trust those guys! They went and changed my risk level without even giving me a heads up, and it ended up costing me big time in missed gains. Their customer service is just not up to par, takes forever to hear back from them. Honestly, it feels like they have no idea what they're even doing with my money.
Commission-free trading platform
I got drawn in by the whole commission-free trading thing, but let me tell you, using this platform in Canada has been a total nightmare. The Canadian stocks they offer are really not that great, and the conversion rates for trading USA stocks are so crazy high that I've been losing a ton of money. Trying to do day trading or swing trading on here is like trying to swim upstream with all these fees. And on top of that, even after paying for their monthly service, they hit you with even more charges. This platform is just plain greedy, and I can't wait to switch to a better option like IBKR.
Wealth management experience
I'm so disappointed with the customer service at this company. I called their helpline and was put on hold for over an hour. How can a big company like this have such awful support? Clearly, they don't put much effort into helping their customers, making it really hard for us to get the assistance we need quickly. By the time someone finally answered, I had already decided - I'm closing my accounts with them.
And if that wasn't bad enough, they had the nerve to hang up on me during the call. That kind of disrespect and disregard for customers has made me take my business elsewhere. I'll definitely be warning everyone I know to stay away from this company and their poor services.Online tax software
So, this tax software used to be the go-to choice because it was super easy to use and didn't cost anything. But lately, they've made some changes that aren't so great. Before, you could file lots of tax returns for free, but now they've started charging if you want to file more than two. This came out of nowhere and has left a lot of customers feeling frustrated. Even though the software itself is still easy to use and gets the job done, those unexpected fees for extra returns are a big downer. Other companies like TurboTax have similar fee setups, but this sudden price change from this software is a letdown. The Canadian Revenue Agency is planning to roll out a free online tax-filing option soon, which might make these paid services a thing of the past.
Stock trading experience
Honestly, this service has been a nightmare for me. First off, I've missed out on so many potential trades because the stocks I wanted were not available. And when I did try to make a trade, the processing time was excruciatingly slow, causing me to lose out on potential profits. Not being able to short a stock or place a simple stop order is just ridiculous. And don't even get me started on their cryptocurrency trading - way too expensive compared to other platforms. When I finally decided to withdraw my funds, they told me my bank account was a business account (which it's not, I'm just a regular customer) and that their system didn't support it - but funny enough, they had no problem taking my money from that very same account. Frustrating to say the least.
Difficulties with selling stocks
I really like how the platform looks and how it works, but selling stocks on it is just so slow! It takes forever to actually sell a stock. By the time the sale goes through, the stock price has usually dropped a lot, meaning I lose money. These delays have caused me to lose a lot of money, putting me in a bad spot financially. I wouldn't suggest using this platform for quick trades or selling stocks if you want to make money fast.
Unreliable customer service, disappointing call options, risky trades
My experience was so aggravating and disappointing, eh. Took me a solid 5 hours just to get a hold of customer service, and when I finally did, they hung up on me after a measly 3 seconds. Like, come on now, that's just not cool, eh. Can't even recommend their call options, they're that bad. And don't even get me started on how they handled last-minute trades, snatching my hard-earned cash and then blaming it on some so-called riskiness. Total lack of professionalism, if you ask me. Overall, my experience with them was just plain awful, and I'd seriously suggest folks steer clear.

Eh, my experience with the customer service at this financial company has been pretty disappointing, eh. I just moved my money from a big bank to this platform, only to find out they couldn't stop a payment that put me over my TFSA limit. This mistake could have been real bad for my finances, eh. When I tried talking to their customer service team about it, they weren't much help and couldn't fix the problem. So I decided to take my money out of this company, eh.

I had such a frustrating time trying to open an investing account online. I sent in my ID, but then my account got locked for no reason, even though I'm old enough. The whole ID check thing was a real pain, with all these hoops to jump through that didn't seem necessary. I get that they need security measures, but it's just not cool when the system doesn't work right.

Customer service is really slow and unresponsive. It takes forever to get through on the phone, and the online chat isn't much better. The reps don't seem very interested or helpful, which just makes the whole thing super frustrating.
