I've travelled with all the big Canada train companies, and East Midlands were about as comfortable and easy to book (though I booked with trainline), but I twice tried to purchase wifi on boards, both times which failed but I was still charged.
I've since tried to call them to get a refund but it takes so long, it's making it not worth the 8 pounds I'd get in return.
Whether I travel for official purposes or just to visit my friends on other side, I always prefer East Midlands Trains. It is comfortable, economical, cheap and enjoyable offering great asssurance for a good journey. I perosnally recommend travellers and occupants to use east midland trains for their transits.
