At Poly, they manufacture Poly Rove phones which include the Poly Rove wireless DECT IP phone which is the first and only phone with an exclusive built-in feature of Microban antimicrobial product protection. The company maintains that their phones are scalable, wireless which enhances the freedom of movement and guards? conversations with DECT technology. The company asserted the phones are drop proof up to 6.6/2m, IP65 dust-tight and water-resistant. Their internal battery lasts up to 20 hours of portable use when fully charged. Poly Rove phones have similar characteristics with little differences in the user control as Poly Rove 30 has 4 dedicated programmable line keys, 3 soft keys, volume keys as well as push to talk button while Rove 40 has the same with an emergency key and Bluetooth headset connectivity. The firm also retails HD voice phone, video phone, headsets and Bluetooth speakers. Poly currently ships only to the United state and APO/FPO addresses but customers should note that they do not ship to PO boxes. They offer an efficient tracking system for purchased items such that customers can track their orders till it arrives. Its return policy has a span of 30 days after the date of purchase, with the condition of the product intact as purchased, original packaging and proof of payment. Poly offers a warranty for products that last one, two or three years starting from the date of purchase.
