I just moved my website to a new hosting provider and it was kind of a rollercoaster. The support I got during the move was great, and I was happy with that part. But when it came to getting answers to my questions, I was left feeling a bit let down. I had to do a bunch of research on my own, which got pretty annoying. And on top of that, I was not too pleased with how they showed the pricing. It wasn't obvious to me that the starting price would shoot up a lot after the first year.
