Overpriced security system
Eh, the security system is so overpriced for what you get, you know? I've had it for a couple of years now and honestly, I just can't see the value in shelling out that much dough for it. I actually found a similar system for way cheaper and it does the job just as well. Plus, trying to cancel the service was such a pain. Instead of being able to do it online like most other services, I had to go through the whole rigamarole of sending an email to cancel. It's just so frustrating and inconvenient, you know?
Complex security software
The security software I got from that company was so not user-friendly. I was really hoping it would work well, but it was just hard to figure out, especially compared to other options out there. So I switched over to Norton and Malwarebytes, which seem to do the trick better. Maybe I'm just not tech-savvy enough for that first program.
Best Anti-Attack Program
So yeah, before we had this other program we were always getting hit with ransomware attacks. But then we switched over to this new program, Best Anti-Attack Program of 2016, and it's been amazing. No more attacks at all! Plus, the customer service is really fast and helpful. Absolutely love it!
