License key activation issue
I bought this software license key not too long ago and man, did I ever run into a frustrating problem when I tried to activate it. They hit me with a message to enter my license key, but then it was like wandering around in circles because I couldn't find where the heck to actually put the key in. It was so confusing and took up so much time, I started doubting if my protection was even good to go. But after some serious digging around, I finally found where to stick in my license key and let me tell you, the relief was real when it actually worked. Honestly, it would've been a whole lot easier if they made the activation process a little more clear-cut and user-friendly right from the get-go.
Anti-virus software
I've been using this anti-virus software for over 10 years now and it's been a real lifesaver. The detection engine is top-notch and does exactly what you need it to do. In all that time, I haven't had any issues with it at all. One of the best things about it is that it doesn't constantly bother you with annoying popups like some other brands do. False positives are pretty rare, and it doesn't hog system resources or slow down your computer like Norton and McAfee have a tendency to do. And the best part is, it doesn't mess up your Windows system like Norton, McAfee, AVG, and other big brands sometimes do.
Software purchase for security needs
I would totally suggest checking out the products and support services that this company offers. The customer service I got was top-notch - the guy I talked to, Kai Zwetsloot, was super helpful, always on time, and really professional. Even though I'm not the most tech-savvy person, they were really patient and gave me some personalized help. Plus, we didn't have any trouble communicating in English, and I found the whole process pretty easy to follow. All in all, it was really nice working with this company, and I'm happy with the security software I bought.
Web developer user since 2012
I gotta say, I've been really impressed with how well this software performs. It's great at spotting and guarding against all sorts of malware and threats. The sandbox feature is a real lifesaver when it comes to stopping those sneaky zero-day attacks. And best of all, it runs super smoothly without any pesky pop-ups, false alarms, or hogging up too many resources. Unlike some other security programs out there, ESET hasn't given me any trouble on my Windows system. It's set up pretty nice right out of the box, but you can tweak it to fit your needs.

Eh, so there's this security software for your device, right? It's got all kinds of options to keep you safe from internet stuff, theft, and malware. Only downside is it might take a bit longer to boot up on older devices, but it runs quietly in the background. Plus, there's a cool gaming feature that lets you stop all those background tasks. Pretty handy, eh?
Advanced security software
I recently bought this really good security software and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how it works. Unlike the old antivirus software that made my computer super slow, this one doesn't mess with the speed or efficiency of my system at all. It goes through every file I download from the internet super carefully, finding any dodgy stuff and letting me decide whether to keep it or dump it. All in all, I'm really impressed with what this security software can do.
ESET and Cryptotab Browser update issue
I just had a real pain trying to update my Cryptotab Browser because of ESET's security settings. No matter what I did, ESET kept blocking the update, saying it didn't trust the source. After a few failed tries, I decided to turn off ESET's antivirus and antispyware for a bit so I could finally update. Luckily, that did the trick and I managed to update the browser without any more problems. It was frustrating at first, but I'm glad it worked out in the end.
Internet Security on 4 devices
Oh wow, ESET is really awesome! I've got their Internet Security on both of my Windows desktops and my two Android devices. It's so simple to handle renewals and all that. Whenever I have issues, their support team is always on it and fixes everything super fast. And the best part is, it doesn't make my devices all sluggish like some other antivirus software. I've been a loyal user for more than 10 years and it's never disappointed me. Way to go, ESET!
Antivirus system
As someone who's been using this antivirus system for a while now, I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the security it gives me. It's been keeping my phone, tablet, and computer safe for years, so I can surf the web without any worries. ESET is definitely ahead of the game in the antivirus world, keeping me protected against all kinds of online threats. I'm thankful for the peace of mind it gives me every single day.

I bought my first antivirus online and it was a breeze to renew. The installation was fast and the money came out of my account no problem.
Secure computer program
I started using this super secure computer program about 2 years ago when a tech person mentioned it to my parents. I really like it because it keeps all the bad stuff away from my computer. What's even better is that whenever I have questions, there's always a really nice person on the phone helping me out until everything is fixed. I totally recommend this program to other kids like me who want to keep their computers safe!
Easy installation and renewal process
The setup for ESET was super easy, and renewing it was a piece of cake. But, I ran into a few problems with the upgrade last year, which was a bit of a letdown. As for the antivirus itself, I can't really say how well it works since I just use my computer for personal stuff at home. But it seems to be working okay. A specialty software and hardware store suggested ESET to me, and overall, I'm pretty happy with what they provide.
Fast and easy purchase
I really enjoyed receiving those reminder emails, they made renewing my order a breeze. The anti-virus software is top-notch - it keeps my computer safe and sound without causing it to lag.

I've been using this subscription for a while now and it's seriously the best! It really keeps all my devices safe and secure. I've been recommending it to all my friends and family because it's just that good. Thanks a lot!
Mobile for Android & Cyber for iMac
The most arrogant customer svc I’ve ever experienced and sure this extends all the way to top of their corporate ladder in U.S. and to East Europe.
I first got their security software for iMac in 2011 and then mobile for Android in 2018 thru Play Store and then 2 yr. in 2019 directly from their website. Both these home products stated clearly at either Play Store, Apple Store, or their website that TECH PHONE support was part of the purchase price. . Well, some time after my last renewal in 2019 ESET decided that only business products deserve full phone support. Home gets that lower attention of Chat only for TECH support. If you are 100% military service connected disabled like myself or just have troubles keying, let alone the complex & technical difficulties just discussing computer issues can frequently be, then this company has crapped on you and arrogantly rubs their superior complex right into you face (but technically I’m sure by their actions they’re chicken ***** and don’t have the gall to speak and act the way they have TRULY in your face).
Shortly after my last renewal in fall of 2019 the software just wouldn’t update but kept saying it was update.. I’ve tried repeatedly contacting from the software but no replies. I’ve emailed and no replies. (Which I trouble keying and have stated this in my correspondence to them.) I tried calling in May 2020 and in April 2021 and there is NO TECH support by phone any longer - just SALES for ALL home products. What arrogance. I’ve tried explaining that I have issues keying and chat is not viable option for same or similar problems. . Well, their MO came out today why they could care less about home product support... She stated that i can set up an appt thru SALES for TECH support to call me at $20 U.S. dollars a hour... When i stated in my most loathing manner to such low life arrogance that I’ve paid for home tech support by phone for 10 yrs and my last renewal that was still a feature included and after a year of trying to get THEIR software problem resolved thru THEM, not my software nor my devices nor myself the user, to hear such arrogant crap about $20. per hr now for TECH by phone that my steps are FTC and FCC for their lack of due diligence and fraud by breach of agreement. It was stated that their Svc Terms can change whenever they so deem and how ever them deem what the changes can be including a reduction in customer svc or a charge beyond the product license payments.... AND Then hung up...... This has been typed by a friend. 21 April 2021
