Heels
I recently bought a pair of heels from this store. Unfortunately, I messed up and gave the wrong shipping address, which caused a little issue in getting my delivery. But, I reached out to their customer service team late at night to fix my mistake. To my surprise, they got back to me right away the next morning and helped me update the shipping address. I was really impressed by how quick and helpful they were in solving the problem. Thanks to their fast response, I got my package in just 2-3 days. All in all, I'm happy with the service from this company and would recommend them to others.
High quality clothing, excellent service

I just went through a situation where my package was missing from my order. Thanks to Amy from customer service, she was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Amy was so helpful and made sure to address all of my concerns. She contacted the shipping department and found the missing package right away. I really appreciate the excellent customer service that Amy provided during this frustrating experience.
Black boots, sent wrong color
I ordered some black boots for an event, but when they arrived, they sent me the wrong color! So, I reached out to customer service to fix the mix-up, and they said I gotta place a new order for the right ones. Plus, I gotta wait for a refund once I send back the wrong boots. It's frustrating 'cause I really needed them for the event, and now I'm not even sure if I'll get the right ones in time. Ugh, if only they had packed my order correctly in the first place!
high-quality clothes, new favorite website

Never thought I'd be bothered to write a review but damn, Marie had me shook. No back and forth, no drama, just efficient customer service that fixed my defected item in no time. I recently had a problem with getting a refund for something I bought. I contacted customer service and talked to Marie. She was so nice and quick to help me out, taking care of my issues right away and fixing everything super fast. I was really impressed with how well she knew what she was doing and how professionally she handled everything. All in all, the customer service I got was awesome and really made things a lot easier for me.

Delayed delivery
I'm super bummed about my experience with this company. I ordered something a few weeks back and still haven't gotten it. I've tried contacting them multiple times but all I get is the same old "be patient" reply. It's pretty obvious that my order is lost somewhere, but they won't send out a new one or give me a refund.

I always get my stuff really quickly from this place and they always let me know where it's at with tracking. Every time I order, everything looks just like the pictures. So awesome!
Killer boots
Oh man, I scored these awesome boots and they are seriously the bomb! They're stylish as heck and fit like a glove. The best part? The company kept me in the loop about my order and I got them lightning fast. The boots look exactly like the picture and I'm over the moon with them. All in all, it was an amazing experience and I'll for sure be coming back to shop here again!
