In 2014 Med Mart alleged that they remodelled their showroom at their headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio which they claimed that the showroom offers an experience that is interactive and contains over 10000 sq. feet of products. In 2015, Med Mart alleged that they launched a commercial website where customers can order from the comfort of their house and get it delivered to the doorpost. They further declared that in 2016, Med Mart became a Google trusted store. Med Mart proclaims their return policy whereby customers may return an item for a refund if they are unsatisfied with the functionality and if there is a factory Defect, within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. However, they also asserted that for security reasons items like cushions, slings, mattresses, respiratory/oxygen, bath safety and any product that has direct skin contact cannot be returned. Impressive Customer Service at Med Mart
I recently purchased a mobility scooter from Med Mart and I was extremely impressed with my experience. The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and helped me find just what I needed within my budget. The shipping process was quick and easy, and my new scooter arrived in perfect condition. Assembly instructions were included, but the scooters themselves are designed to be user-friendly, making assembly a breeze even for someone like me who is not particularly handy.
