Lifetime license
I really like how this product keeps all my devices working well. It's been reliable and I use it on all my computers. Buying the lifetime license was a good decision because it means I can keep using it for as long as I want. But it is frustrating that they don't send upgrade notifications to lifetime license holders. It doesn't seem fair that we miss out on the same options as people who buy the regular programs. I think they should do a better job of letting us know about upgrades, especially for the Ultimate version.
Software upgrade
I just upgraded my home computers with the latest software. I've been using the older versions for a while now and they've always worked great for me. System Mechanic purchase
I've been using System Mechanic for a while, eh, but I just found out that there was an unauthorized charge on my credit card for an automatic renewal. I tried to cancel it, but the customer service was brutal, eh? They just kept giving me the run-around and saying they'd process a refund, but nothing ever showed up. What a scam, eh?
Software purchase
I was really happy with the software I bought. It was so easy to set up and use, and it did everything I was hoping for. The customer service person I talked to knew their stuff and got back to me right away when I had a question, which I thought was great. All in all, I'd definitely suggest this software to anyone else.

Time extend offers blacklisted
Even though I got some really good time extension offers, I was pretty bummed when I found out I was blacklisted when I tried to take advantage of them. At first, I was kinda suspicious and thought it might be a scam, but after going through a bunch of emails, it turned out to be true. I tried reaching out to their 'Live Support Chat widget' for help, but it seemed like it didn't even exist because I spent a long time looking for it. I've decided to just move on from this company once my contract is up in March 2025. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the product itself is decent.

As someone who's been using software from this company for a while now, I decided to buy a subscription for one of their tools not too long ago. I've always found their products to be great for keeping my system running smooth and secure. But, I ran into a bit of trouble with the billing - I got charged twice for the subscription! I tried looking on their website to reach out for help or cancel the extra charge, but couldn't find anything. This whole situation has made me feel let down by their customer service and billing methods, and honestly, I'm a bit upset about it.
Unauthorized bank charge
I've been a loyal customer of this company for almost twenty years now, and I've always thought they were reliable and trustworthy. But my most recent experience with them was a real letdown. Out of the blue, they took money from my bank account without even asking me. I tried to fix things up, but they flat-out refused to give me a full refund. Their lack of accountability and customer service has really shaken my confidence in them. I won't be using their services again, and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone. If you're thinking about giving them your bank info, be careful.
