Recent Footwear Purchase
As someone who's been shopping at this shoe store for a while now, I have to say that the online ordering process is super easy and smooth. The website is really user-friendly, making it a breeze to find the shoes I want without any trouble. Signing up for raffles is simple, but I've noticed that the way winners are picked could use some work. It seems like the same people keep getting chosen, which isn't fair to everyone else trying to win. It's been disappointing for me and my friends to see this happen. Shoe releases are always exciting, so it's tough to keep missing out on the chance to get a pair. Clearly, there are some issues with the raffle system that need to be fixed for a more fair and unbiased selection process.
Athletic shoes purchase
I just bought some new athletic shoes from this store and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised with how it all went down. Despite some bad reviews I had seen, my order was super smooth and simple. I placed it on a Thursday morning and boom, I had my new kicks the next day by early afternoon. The delivery was quick and the shoes were exactly what I saw on the website. Overall, I'm happy with my experience at this store and would totally come back for more in the future.

I just bought a pair of shoes from Foot Locker and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how good they were. They were exactly like they were described online and they came really quickly. The size was just right and they felt super comfy to wear. I could tell they were made with really good materials that will last me a while. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and would totally suggest Foot Locker to anyone looking for some new athletic shoes.
Shoes
Eh, like, this store is seriously the worst. I ordered shoes online, and when I wanted to send them back, they slapped me with a restocking fee for no good reason! I phoned them up to talk about it, and they were super rude, saying "tough luck, that's our rule." Seriously, what gives? I reached out to Paypal, and now they won't even reimburse me for another item I sent back. They're just hanging onto my things and my cash. It's totally not fair, eh!
Purchased shoes
I recently bought some shoes at this place and it was a big letdown. I ordered them online and they were supposed to be in stock, but then I got an email saying they were actually sold out and my order got canned. It was really annoying, especially since I used a gift card for the purchase and now I don't even have it anymore. I have to go through the whole process of asking for a new one just because they couldn't come through with my order. Also, I've noticed that the shoe boxes are usually all messed up when they arrive, which makes me wonder if the products are even real.
Sneakers
I just bought a pair of sneakers from this store and man, it was a letdown. The website was a mess - couldn't even access my account properly! And then the customer service? Let's just say they weren't exactly helpful. The only thing that went right was the payment process.
'Won' raffle for shoe
I 'won' the raffle for a shoe, but I forgot to confirm the pickup option right away (literally a minute after the raffle at 7 am). So now my chance to have it shipped to me is gone, and I can't get the shoe. Foot Locker customer service doesn't even know why this happened and couldn't offer any solutions. They just said to wait in case I did actually win. It's really disappointing to think I could have scored those awesome kicks.
Kids' Jordan outfits
I was pretty pumped to score some Kids' Jordan outfits for my kiddos at the store. The service was decent, and the store had a pretty awesome vibe. But man, I was really let down by the quality of the outfits. After just one wash, they started to pill all over and felt super flimsy. I was expecting way better durability from a big-name brand like Jordan.

I just got a new pair of Jordan 6 Rings from Foot Locker online. Even though I got the right size, I struggled to get my feet in because of some weird design issue. That was a letdown, so I decided to send them back. But then I saw they charged me $6.99 for a "RETURN ADJUSTMENT." They didn't say anything about that on the site, so it felt like a sneaky move. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be shopping at Foot Locker again. If you're thinking about buying shoes, I recommend going straight to the official stores like Nike to avoid any surprise fees.
Shoe and Clothing
I had a really frustrating time at Foot Locker, eh. I went to return a small item and they hit me with a surprise $6.99 restocking fee. They never mentioned this fee during the return process or on their website in the return policy. When I contacted customer service for answers, they just sent me a link that didn't say anything about a restocking fee, eh.
Two pairs of shoes
I made the mistake of ordering two pairs of shoes from this store, and only one pair was delivered. It's been a real nightmare trying to get this sorted out. I've been going back and forth for over 2.5 months between Customer Service and the store that should have had the missing shoes. It feels like a never-ending game where nobody wants to own up or give me a refund for the pair that's missing. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of ordering from this vendor, it's not worth the hassle.
Pants
I bought a pair of pants from this store not long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down when I got them. The pants looked like they had been used already, and that wasn't something they mentioned in the description or showed in the pictures online. I was really surprised to see the state of the pants, especially since I had seen other customers complaining about the same thing. After this whole mess, I'm not sure if I want to shop at this store again in the future.
Jordans, Canadian Customer since 2017
As a long-time customer who's been shopping here since 2017 and bought about 10 things, I gotta say, the choice is kinda limited, especially when it comes to fancy sneakers like Jordans. It's kinda sad to see the lack of options in Canada when it comes to stores selling these kinds of shoes. Plus, the customer service is pretty unresponsive and not that great. Overall, it's just kinda meh, and I really wish there were more choices out there.
Air Jordan 3 Retros
I just ordered some basketball kicks online, eh, and man, was I let down! I was so stoked to get a fresh pair of navy Air Jordan 3 Retros, thinking I could rock 'em like back in my ballin' days. But, when those babies showed up, I couldn't believe it - the box was wrecked, and the shoes looked like someone stepped all over 'em before! The toe was busted, laces were filthy, bottoms were scuffed up - they looked rough, eh. And I couldn't even send 'em back 'cause I needed 'em for a big event, y'know?
