This has been the worst experience in time. I bought one laptop in June! Its 26th of September and I havent received it yet.
They sent me 2 laptops in bad conditions, the 2 of them with screen problems and after that they were out of stock. I waited more than a month so they could send me another one!!! Yesterday they finally called me to postpone the shipping one week later. Im supposed to receive the new one on the first of October but honestly the excited I was before it ended up being a nightmare. Furthemore, its not a 500€ laptop we're talking about 2.500€ laptop wich is really unreliable, and for more disappointment Ive received today my phone invoice and everytime I called its customer service it costed me more than 20€!!!!! Absolutely unrecommended.
Ordered a birthday present for my daughter on a 48 hour delivery. I ordered it several days in advance to make sure it would arrive on time but it was late by over a week. Complained numerous times but all I ever got was the same standard response every time with the exact same bland wording. No explanation for the delay or compensation. No one even bothered to type a proper response. Will never order from them again.
I travelled from Dublin Ireland to bring my daughter to boarding school for a term. We waited for over 2 hours to buy a uniform for my daughter to be told that they did not have the required sizes and that I could not order from the shop but needed to order on line 'click & collect'. They do not deliver!!!! I ordered the uniform on line on 6th September and am still waiting (15th October). My daughter is attending the school for 1 term only. There is no information in tracking and it is extremely difficult to speak with staff in the Pozuelo Madrid store. Meanwhile my daughter has had to borrow other kids uniforms. I am extremely disappointed with the services of El Corte Ingles. In this day and age, In my experience, ALL department stores delivery to the customer once payment has been made. I paid e169.75 and now am left with no choice but to cancel my order. It is most upsetting. I also hear that obtaining a refund from El Corte Ingles is extremely difficult. I hope that this is not the case for me.
