    New espresso machine

    I got a new espresso machine because my old one was acting up, even though it still kinda worked. I sent it back for repairs and they fixed most things, but one issue was still there. Then this guy named Victor helped me out and gave me a discount on a new machine, along with some extra stuff for free. Victor was really cool and got everything fixed up really well. I definitely recommend this place for espresso machines.

    Replacement Microwave

    OMG, eh? My microwave from Breville broke after only 2 years, darn it! I was so bummed because I really dig all my other Breville stuff. But then, guess what, eh?! I posted a review online and they reached out to me to replace it!! I was so surprised and thrilled. Now I've got a fresh new microwave and I'm so stoked to start using it again, eh!

    Breville Oracle repair

    I recently had to contact customer support because my Oracle machine was acting up. The person I spoke to, Michelle, was so helpful and really on the ball. She got back to me right away, asked some questions about what was going on, and set up for my machine to be fixed. And not only did she help with getting it repaired, but she also shared some great advice on how to avoid running into the same problem again down the line.

    Broken Kettle Base

    So my kettle base broke after 16 months, eh? It was so annoying because the temperature settings disappeared. Like, why bother with a fancy kettle if it can't even heat the water to the right temp, right? Anyway, I went ahead and left a review on their site, and they totally surprised me by sending me a new base even though my warranty was up. Now I know better to use gentle products on it, so fingers crossed it lasts longer this time, eh?

    Faulty machine troubleshooting

    My experience with the customer service representative was excellent. I originally thought my machine was broken, but when I talked to the rep, they patiently guided me through troubleshooting. It ended up being a simple mistake on my part, and they were really helpful. I would definitely suggest giving them a call instead of trying to figure things out on your own through email.

    Slow pouring craft issue

    After having a hard time with Breville's online help portal trying to fix my slow pouring carafe, I finally decided to leave a public comment about it. Luckily, Michelle from the support team got back to me the next day. She was quick to reply to my emails and really put in the effort to figure things out. Since the replacement carafe was going to take 4-6 weeks to be in stock, she went above and beyond to get me a whole replacement machine instead. Thanks to Michelle's amazing help, I can now have my coffee hassle-free.

    Recent customer service experience

    I gotta say, I had a really good experience with customer service at this company. At first, I was let down by my purchase, but Melissa from the customer service team totally stepped up and took care of me. She was on top of things and really put in the effort to solve the problems I was having. I was impressed by how professional she was and how much she cared about making sure I was happy with the brand. Because of Melissa, I'm back to being a happy customer. Way to go, Melissa!

    Machine servicing and repair

    I had some trouble with my machine so I gave customer service a call for some help. After a facetime to figure out the problem, it turns out my machine needed some fixing. Since the warranty was up, I had to pay for shipping and repairs, which I wasn't too thrilled about, so I left a negative review. But then the company reached out with an email offering to check out the machine and replace it if needed, at no extra cost to me. I shipped it out, got it back in 2 weeks, and now it's working great with some noticeable improvements. Even though there was no warranty, I'm grateful to Breville for taking care of the problem.
