Boox?s shipping period depends on the address, country, and region. Once the order is packed and dispatched, you are notified through email with the tracking ID. Normal order takes 3-15 days for shipping and preorders take almost 30 Days. Boox mentions that if the package arrives damaged, do not accept it, return it and inform them with a photo for proof. Your return or refund request will be rejected or you will be paid partially if the product arrives after the 14 days of shipment receipt, a product without any defect or hardware issue arrives after 30 days of shipment receipt, or it has been damaged by the customer.
