Claddagh Mug and Tea for One
The packaging is just so fantastic, eh! I picked up the Claddagh Mug for my daughter's birthday and I've got a little secret - I also snagged the Tea for One set for her graduation next year. The way everything was wrapped up all nice and tight, I couldn't be happier. It's like a little present just waiting to be opened, you know?
Christmas gifts
I really enjoy shopping for Christmas gifts from this place! The packages always arrive in good condition, except for this one time when one item came broken. But when I emailed them about it, they got back to me right away and sent me a replacement. Their customer service is top-notch, thanks a lot Dearbhla Tunney!
Sets of porcelain dinnerware
As a happy customer of this pottery company, I just wanted to say a big thank you for the amazing service. The delivery was super quick and the packaging was top-notch, making sure all 20 fragile items arrived in perfect shape. The porcelain dinnerware sets looked just like they did in the pictures and really spruced up my dining table. I'm really blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of these products.
Ceramic teapot set
I got my stuff in the mail and it was wrapped up really well, so nothing got damaged. The teapot set I got is really good quality and it feels nice and heavy, which makes it seem really solid. The shipping was done by a good courier service, so everything went smoothly. But, I was kinda bummed when I found out that one of the things I ordered was actually out of stock. I only found out because it was taking so long to get a confirmation that it was sent out. They should work on their system so this doesn't happen as much, and let people know sooner. Luckily, their customer service was really helpful and fixed everything, so I'm happy with my purchase overall.
Glasses with air bubbles
I bought some glasses from this store not too long ago. Sadly, two of them had these weird air bubbles in them. So, I shot off an email to customer service to let them know what's up. And would you believe it, within just one day, they were sending me replacements. Huge shoutout to DT for taking care of my issue so quickly. I really appreciate the great service I got and for sure I'll be spreading the word about this store. Count me in as a repeat customer, no doubt about it.

I picked up a crystal vase and a fruit bowl for my friend's 20th anniversary, they look so nice and elegant. The packaging was super secure and nothing was damaged. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out, thanks a lot!
Online purchase shipping to Canada
As a Canadian shopper, I always watch out for sneaky fees when I buy stuff from overseas sites. I was kinda nervous about getting something from here 'cause I've heard there might be more charges when it shows up. Can anyone share if they had to pay extra after ordering from here? And I'm curious about whether the price they show at first is the total I gotta pay, or if I should be ready for currency exchange surprises.

I just picked up some gorgeous Belleek products when I was at the store the other day. I've been eyeing them for a while now, so I was super excited to finally get my hands on them. The store had such a good selection, and the quality of the products is top-notch.
Galway amethyst glasses
I've been shopping at this store for a while and I've always been happy with their stuff. But the last time I got those Galway amethyst glasses, I was kind of let down. They didn't have much color at all, way less than what I saw in the pictures online. It was disappointing because I was expecting them to be more vibrant.
Wrong goods received
I jist bought somethin' and got the wrong stuff, eh. I was pretty bummed 'cause I've been comin' here for a while and always loved it. But, I gotta say, when I reached out to 'em 'bout the mix-up, the customer service was top-notch. The folks there really went outta their way to fix things up and make sure I was happy with my purchase. Their quick and friendly response really blew me away, eh.

I gotta tell ya, this place totally exceeded my expectations. Ordering the pottery was so easy - no frills or anything complicated. But let me tell you, the communication was on point during the whole shebang. I was updated every step of the way, from when I placed the order to when it was shipped. And when my pottery showed up, oh boy was I impressed. It was packed up real nice, you could tell they really cared about keeping it safe. The pottery itself was top-notch, flawless really. Christmas memory decorations - Belleek
I've been collecting these Christmas memory decorations for over ten years now, eh. My collection is a way for me to remember my family who have passed on, and I love adding to it every year. But let me tell you, getting multiple pieces of the same decoration has always been tough, especially when I need to buy for my sisters too, ya know? This year, I decided to order online directly, and let me tell ya, the whole process went like butter. The items were delivered quick as a flash, and the quality of the decorations was top-notch as usual. The only bump in the road was one year when I couldn't find the exact decoration I was after. But from now on, I'll stick with this brand for all my Christmas keepsakes, for sure.
Electric plug adapter
Oh man, I was so bummed when I got the wrong electric plug adapter from this company. I specifically asked for a Canada to America adapter, and they sent me the wrong one. The customer service was awful, acting like it was my fault and suggesting that I go buy another adapter to fix it. Their quality control needs a serious upgrade, and their customer service is seriously lacking. I was trying to get this as a Christmas present for my daughters, and now they're let down. Ms. Tanney seriously needs to brush up on her customer service and public relations skills. But, after I escalated the issue, they finally fixed the problem at a higher level. Thank you, Belleek, for making things right in the end.
