    I was really surprised to see some negative reviews about the company. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and even with everything going on with the lockdown, they've been providing great service. I had an issue with a gift missing from my order, but when I reached out by email, they quickly sorted it out and sent me the missing items without any fuss. And when I needed to return something for a refund and ran into some issues with the parcel, the customer service team was super professional and speedy in helping me out. They not only replied to my concerns in just one day, but they also made sure the parcel was returned successfully and processed my refund quickly. It was really cool of them to extend the return policy to 90 days during these tough times. Big shoutout to the team for always giving top-notch customer service.

    I just bought some hair products from this store and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I was a bit unsure because of some bad reviews, I decided to take a chance and make a purchase. I was so happy when my order arrived just three days later, everything in perfect shape. The products were nicely packed, but the thing that surprised me was the fillers used in the packaging. They actually dissolve in water! It would have been good to know that ahead of time, but it's all good.

    So, I ordered something on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2022. Gotta say, not too thrilled with how it's all gone down. I was told my stuff was all packed up and ready to go out the same day. But now, it’s February 18, 2022, and I get an email saying my package is shipping out again, with a tracking link that doesn't lead anywhere useful - just a page to buy more stuff. When I reached out to customer service, they told me the package was actually shipped out the day before with the courier company, but it won’t get to me until Monday 'cause I had it sent to my work address and they don't deliver on weekends. All in all, pretty frustrating and not what I was hoping for.

    I signed up for the loyalty reward program a few years back and I've been collecting points ever since. I was just about to reach the top reward, but now they've completely changed everything! I was pumped to redeem for some shampoo or conditioner, but guess what? Those aren't even available as rewards anymore! Like come on, who needs another cheap brush with plastic bristles when you already own a pricey one? I feel totally ripped off by this whole reward system, not cool at all!

    I bought a shampoo and conditioner set from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed with how things turned out. When the package arrived, the shampoo had leaked all over the box, causing a big mess that I had to deal with. When I reached out to customer service to let them know about the problem, all I got back were unhelpful automated responses with no real attention to the issue. It was pretty clear that they didn't really care about their customers or take their concerns seriously. On top of that, I paid for a full-size product but only got half of it, which was totally not okay. All in all, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    So, I recently bought some stuff from this company for about $70, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. When I clicked "pay", they hit me with the usual "Covid" excuse for why my delivery might be late. And get this - I paid extra for gift wrapping, but my stuff showed up in a plain box with some shredded cardboard. No gift wrap in sight! When I contacted customer service about it, they totally dropped the ball. Their response was unprofessional and they didn't seem to care about making things right. It's pretty clear to me that this company can't handle complaints or feedback very well. My advice? Steer clear and find somewhere else to shop, because chances are you'll be let down.

    I recently ordered something online because my usual hair salon was closed. It's been two weeks and I still haven't gotten my order. I got in touch with Customer Service and they told me the delivery company lost my order. They said I could get a replacement or a refund. I chose a refund, but it took another two weeks and they didn't refund the postage cost. I emailed them and they just said to keep waiting. Overall, my online shopping experience was a letdown and I won't be buying anything from there again.

    Camomile shampoo

    The camomile shampoo from this brand totally transformed my hair, eh. My locks were so soft and easy to deal with, and they had a gorgeous shine that stuck around for days. I've been using this stuff for years, but now they've gone and discontinued it! I've been trying to get a hold of them through the chat and customer service, but they're just not showing any love for customer input, eh. It's a real bummer when a company you've trusted for so long doesn't put their customers first, you know?
