    Website for my pics

    So, I gave this website a shot for my pictures a while back, but it was just okay. Wasn't really feeling it. But then I decided to give it another go for my new site and man, what a difference! I've been using it for a few months now and I even ended up opting for a subscription after the free trial. It's not flawless, but it's definitely better than the other choices I checked out. Plus, the support team is really friendly and quick to lend a hand. I think they'll keep improving it based on customer feedback.

    Frustrating Archiving

    I've been using this site for ages and everything was awesome until they started archiving my photos without asking me! I've tried reaching out multiple times but they just won't listen. It's super frustrating, like why offer unlimited space if you're just gonna archive my stuff without getting my okay first? On top of that, I've had issues with customer orders not showing up in my account, even after they've paid for it! How does that even happen, right? And let me tell you, their customer support is seriously lacking. It's like they don't even care about their customers anymore. It's really disappointing to see a once great site go down the drain like this. My favorite feature used to be the easy download and album creation with customer favorites, but with all this archiving nonsense, that's pretty much impossible now. This is the final straw for me!

    My experience with a long-standing photography website

    After being a loyal customer of a photography website for 15 years, I must say I'm really disappointed in their services now. The Archive system, which is supposed to keep my work safe, has become a mess. Suddenly, nineteen of my Galleries are gone, and I feel so lost and frustrated. I tried to restore my work using the dashboard feature, hoping it would be fixed in 12 hours. But it's been three days now, and I'm still stuck in uncertainty. I reached out for help through email, but all I got was a generic response, like they didn't really hear me.

    I'm scared that my Galleries might be lost forever. This lack of customer support really shakes my trust in the platform. Plus, when I looked into a new platform offered by the same company for some hope, I found out they plan to use the same messed up Archive system there too. That sealed the deal for me - I won't be renewing my memberships with either of these platforms.

    Print selling disappointment

    I signed up just the other day, all excited to start selling my prints and I spent hours setting up my site. But guess what? There aren't any print labs in Europe and no one mentioned that beforehand. I was feeling so let down and annoyed, thinking it was all a big scam. I wasted a good 10 hours of my life on this thing and now I want a refund, plain and simple. I think I'll move over to a different platform real soon.

    Recent photo gallery archival

    I've been a customer for years, and let me tell you, the service has really gone downhill. My photo galleries were suddenly taken offline without my consent, which is a real slap in the face. How can a company make so many bad choices and expect to keep their loyal customers? It's just unbelievable. I used to rely on this service for delivering my client's photos, but now I'm looking at alternatives like WeTransfer because they are much more efficient. And that 'NEW' photo page that's been on top of their website forever is driving me crazy. The only recent change is all my galleries disappearing into the archives, making it impossible for me and my clients to access them. It's a joke! I stuck with this service to have a one-stop shop for all my old image galleries, and now that's gone, so what's the point? I'm done wasting my time here. Zenfolio has turned into a mess, and if you don't believe me, just read other people's reviews. This ship is sinking fast, and I'm jumping off before it goes down. Shame on you!

    As a customer for many years, I've stuck by them for over ten years now, but I'm feeling really frustrated and let down by recent changes. Zenfolio went ahead and started archiving my galleries without giving me a heads up, which has made it a real pain for me to get to my images. I originally signed up for Zenfolio because of its easy-to-use interface and awesome features, but now it feels like all the things I loved about it are vanishing. I'm not sure what my next move will be with Zenfolio after this whole ordeal.

    My experience with the platform

    As a customer of Zenfolio for a long time, since 2011, I gotta say I'm really bummed out about the recent changes they made. My photo galleries got taken offline and put into storage without even asking me! It's left me feeling frustrated and let down. I count on Zenfolio to deliver my work to clients, but lately they've been dropping the ball on efficiency and reliability. The fact that the company doesn't keep us in the loop just makes it even worse. I've lost faith in Zenfolio and I'm gonna start looking for other options for my photography stuff.

    Long-time customer, top package

    I've been with them for over ten years now, and I'm on their top-tier package. But honestly, I haven't noticed any improvements over the years, and to be honest, I'm pretty disappointed with their outdated cart system. They recently introduced this "archiving" thing without testing it properly, and it's causing a bunch of problems. And don't even get me started on their customer support - it's basically non-existent.

    10 years as a customer

    Oh man, can you believe it? I've been working with this company for 10 whole years and now they're really dropping the ball on me and my clients. The archive blunder is really frustrating my people, they can't even access their stuff. Zenfolio is seriously losing my confidence fast, which could mean losing some accounts too. They promised to fix things in 12 hours but it's been a whole week and still no progress. Customer service said they would prioritize critical galleries, but still nothing. Looks like I'll have to switch my clients over to Dropbox for now. So disappointed.
