Billet Box Typhon purchase
After struggling with different vaping devices for ages, I decided to treat myself to a Billet Box Typhon. I had tried all sorts of devices, from boro to traditional vapes, but nothing quite hit the spot. I'd been eyeing a Billet Box since it first came out, but I never thought I could afford one. Despite my past vape troubles, I knew I had to get my hands on one. Living in LA doesn't offer many options for trying out devices, but I lucked out and found VaporDNA. The staff and customers there were super knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a ton about boro mods and finally got the tank and device setup that worked perfectly for me. The Typhon, along with the free tank they threw in, has been worth every penny. It's got great flavor, a high-end feel, and it can handle my mechanic clumsiness like a champ. Huge shoutout to VaporDNA for giving me a true vape store experience with experts who actually vape themselves.
Sense Orbit and nic salt
I gave Vapor DNA a chance after a really bad experience with another vape company. I was let down by Element Vape and their return policy, which left me feeling frustrated and let down. Even though I was a loyal customer and spent a lot of money with them, it was really hard for me to return a product I had only had for a few weeks. I was fed up with their lack of customer service and honesty, so I decided to switch to Vapor DNA. I ordered the Sense Orbit and nic salt from them and was impressed with how quickly and smoothly my order was processed and delivered. The customer service at Vapor DNA was amazing, and I liked how they made sure I had a good shopping experience. From now on, I'll only be buying my vape products from Vapor DNA. Thank you for restoring my trust in online vape sellers.
Recent order
I recently placed an order with this store and man, let me tell you, it was fantastic. They really are the best company around. They are super friendly and helpful, and their customer service is just amazing. They truly value their customers, unlike some other companies out there. I've ordered from them multiple times and never had any problems whatsoever. And to top it off, my order arrived super quickly. I ordered on a Monday and got it by Friday - so speedy, right? They have a huge selection too, so many options to choose from. And their prices are always better than other places. I always go with this store over any other. My purchase - new coils and eliquid
So, I picked up some new coils and eliquid from this website. The site is totally legit, but my experience was just okay. I placed my order on Sunday, it got shipped out on Tuesday, and I got it the next Tuesday (like a whole week later, ugh!). Shipping delays because of corona in California are so bad right now, lol. But I did eventually get my package, so that's good I guess. I was kinda bummed because the coils I bought came in their box, but the box was wide open, like not even closed properly. And the eliquid box was all banged up, but I think that was from shipping. Overall, they are legit, but if you need stuff ASAP, try eliquid.com because their shipping seems faster right now during COVID.
Quick delivery of vape supplies
I've been a customer for a good amount of time now and in general, I've been pretty happy with the stuff they have. But, I really wish they would give free shipping sometimes because it can really make a difference when I'm thinking about buying something. Another thing that bugs me is that a lot of the things I want are always sold out, and that's annoying. It's made me go to other stores sometimes just to make things easier and less of a hassle.
E-liquid and coils
I've been a customer at this online vape shop for a while now, and let me tell you, the service is consistently top-notch. Every time I place an order, it gets processed quickly and accurately. Big order vape stuff
OMG, eh! I absolutely love VaporDNA, you know? I was totally nervous about ordering my vape stuff online 'cause other sites can take forever to ship, eh. But not VaporDNA, nope! My order arrived super quick, like in less than a week even though I'm way up north, eh! The prices are so good, way better than what the stores around town are charging. And let me tell ya, they have EVERYTHING for vaping, I got vape juice, coils, and an extra tank just in case. From now on, I'm definitely gonna keep buying all my stuff from VaporDNA, you bet!
Sub ohm vape purchase
I just bought a sub ohm vape for about $40, but I changed my mind soon after ordering it. So, I contacted customer support, and they actually processed my refund request super quickly, within just a few hours. I was really happy with how fast and helpful they were. I'm really grateful for them refunding my order, even though it was past the usual cutoff time for cancellations. Their awesome service has definitely made me a loyal customer, and I'll definitely be doing business with them again in the future.
Easy ordering process
I recently ordered from VaporDNA and was super impressed with the huge selection they had to offer. The whole delivery and pick up process was easy peasy. I did have a little hiccup with my order, but thankfully Phillip from the team was there to help me out and fix things up in no time. This was actually my second order from them, and I can say for sure that I'll be coming back for more in the future.

I got 3 bottles of e-liquid from this shop. Their customer service was super patient and helpful in making sure I got the brand I wanted, because I really like the original manufacturer. Even though there was a small delay because of Covid and a holiday, my order showed up in good shape and on schedule. I was happy with their service overall and would tell others to check them out.

I was a bit unsure about buying something after seeing some bad reviews, but I figured, "What the heck?" I actually got my order pretty fast, one package showing up just a few days later. Two-week shipping delay
I ordered some stuff and it took forever to get here, like two weeks with no info or anything. I had to bug customer service a bunch of times until I finally got help from a different person who actually fixed the problem right away. This new person was so helpful and awesome, but man, that first experience was a hassle.
