Poor service on product. Do not subscribe, they charge you full price even when numerous emails sent offering a deep discount. The driver updater crashed my computer, unable to even use a boot disk to get it back up.
"Your records are inaccurate as a charge was processed yesterday on June 13, 2022. Please refund that payment immediately as it was removed from account PREVIOUS to my renewal date which would've allowed me to cancel. Be advised, I have cancelled my automatic renewal previous to my renewal date which means you have removed the amount improperly.As subscriber (former) I am being punished by being charged at full cost for renewal as opposed to taking advantage of numerous deep discounts being offers to me for renewal. To make it crystal clear, If I not been a subscriber, I would've paid half the price to renew.
(2) My system is crashed, windows will not load, not able to screenshoit, not able to boot. I had used the driver updater, a new service from Piriform and it crashed my computer. The computer cannot be booted up, and is effectively useless due to the use of the program. I am going to have to pay for a professional to try and fix it. When contacted, Piriform Support just didn't answer."
