Crinkled paper and cookie lotions
Eh, so as a customer, I bought some crinkled paper and cookie lotions from your store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with what I got. The crinkled paper was top-notch and did a great job keeping my delicate items safe during shipping. And those cookie lotions, let me tell you, they went above and beyond my expectations with their fantastic scents and hydrating qualities. The only thing I would say is that shipping costs could be a bit more reasonable, they seemed a little steep for the weight of what I bought. Overall though, I was pleased with the service and the quality of the products.

I gave customer service a ring to ask about shipping costs for an order going from one province to another. And guess what? They picked up right away, and the person I talked to really knew their stuff. She was super helpful, telling me the shipping costs right off the bat and even suggesting some other items that might work for my event. Her professionalism and going the extra mile made me feel great about choosing to shop with them. I was really impressed by the top-notch service and will for sure think about buying from them again down the road.

The employee knew their stuff inside and out, and they helped me track down my previous orders, so I didn't have to rack my brain trying to remember what I typically get. They shipped it out super quick, and they used a delivery service that saved me from having to trek all the way to the post office. All in all, dealing with them was a breeze and totally stress-free.
Ribbon order
I ordered some ribbons, and they came on time. The only problem was that a few of them were crushed, so I had to wait for some replacements. The customer service, however, was really nice.
Bought some paper supplies
PAPER MART is awesome for buying paper and stuff. The quality is really good, and they get your stuff to you quickly. The prices are a total steal, which is great. The only thing is, they need to change their delivery company. FedEx is sketchy and my order was really late.

I have been buying Clearview Jewelry Boxes from this shop for more than ten years and let me tell you, the customer service is just excellent. The person who picked up the phone was super friendly and quick. Ordering was a breeze and my stuff showed up in just a couple of days, like they said. The delivery went smoothly, no surprises at all.
Ribbon purchase for church mission project
The selection of colors at PAPERMART is amazing for what we're looking for. We found the perfect shades to complement our project. But, the shipping costs are really expensive and it's tough on our budget. We really like the quality and choices at PAPERMART, but the shipping fees are just too steep for us to keep buying from them.
