Quick service, polite staff
The service I got at the parking lot was amazing from beginning to end. The staff were super nice and efficient, which made everything quick and simple. The shuttle service was right on time and hassle-free, and I didn't have any problems during my stay. I parked early in the morning and picked up my car late at night, and the service was consistently fantastic. The prices were fair, especially with a coupon to help lower them a bit. All in all, it was a really good experience.
First time reservation
This was my first time using a parking reservation service, and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised, eh. Booking online was a piece of cake, and the shuttle to and from the airport was handy and fast. When I got to the parking lot, my car was all set and good to go. The folks at Joy Parking were super nice and helpful, which made everything even better. The prices were fair, which was the icing on the cake for my overall great experience, eh.
Convenient parking, shuttle service
All in all, I found the parking service to be pretty good. It was easy to locate, and dropping off my car was a breeze. The shuttle to the airport was right on time, which made getting there a lot easier. But when I got back, I didn't know I had to call for the shuttle. That lack of info made me wait longer than I had to, but as soon as I made the call, the shuttle came right away.

Booking with this parking service has always been easy for me. Being a senior, I really like how user-friendly AirportParking is. I've been using them for years and never had any problems, even when I had to switch my reservation dates. I suggest booking in advance to get the best rates and guarantee a spot at your favorite location.

Oh boy, what a disappointment! I made a reservation for my family's car, but I never got an email confirming everything. And when I tried calling them, no one answered! What a waste of time and money!

Hey there, I just wanted to share my experience trying to book airport parking online. So, I went through the whole process, but I never received any confirmation. I got a parking pass for the Vegas Airport just the other day, but it was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. As soon as I bought it, I never got a confirmation and that made things really annoying. Just a heads up for you guys! I booked a parking spot for a week at an airport hotel and followed their cancellation rules exactly. I called multiple times, got disconnected, and the agent I finally spoke with said the hotel didn't have any record of my cancellation - even though I never parked there. They're being super shady and won't give me my money back, which is totally unfair.

I had a really bad experience dealing with a canceled reservation and getting a refund. So, like four days before my flight, I reached out to Airportparking to cancel the reservation I made with The Parking Spot. They canceled it right away, which was good, but then I never got my money back. When I called up The Parking Spot to ask what was going on, they told me I had to talk to this other company, Airportparkingreservations.com, to get my refund. I tried getting in touch with them multiple times - calling them, leaving messages on their website - but I never heard anything back. That whole situation really sucked. It was super frustrating and disappointing to get zero customer service or communication. So yeah, in the end, I ended up losing my money with no help from either The Parking Spot or Airportparkingreservations.com.
Two nights parking booking at a hotel near the airport
I just booked a parking spot for two nights at a hotel close to the airport. But, I ended up booking at the wrong spot because the website didn't say if it was the north or south location. So, I had to pay for two nights of parking at the hotel and couldn't get any help or refund from the airport parking service. It was frustrating not getting any assistance, especially since the confusion was due to the website not being clear.
Unresponsive Customer Service
I am really upset about how this company is not getting back to me. I've been trying to reach them for days now, but I still haven't gotten a confirmation code or even an email saying they got my booking. I've sent two emails already and haven't heard anything back. They've already charged my card, which is not okay without any confirmation or communication. If they don't get back to me soon, I'll have to dispute the charge and go somewhere else for my business.
Bad purchase experience in Calgary
I made a parking reservation at a hotel in Calgary and I was pretty stoked at first because the prices seemed good. But then I realized they were charging me in US dollars, which really sucked. Despite asking multiple times, I never received a confirmation email. When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my reservation so I had to find somewhere else to stay. Even though they messed up, they still charged me the full amount. When I requested a refund, they were super rude and insisted they sent the email so tough luck for me. I tried really hard to get my money back, but they were not willing to listen. Their customer service agents were really mean and sarcastic, which was not cool at all. I definitely won't be using this company again, no matter where I am. They may seem cheap, but the service is not worth it. I wish I could give them less than 1 star for their awful customer service.
Pre-paid parking
Don't bother using this service, eh. I paid in advance for parking but when I got to the lot, it was full. I had to drive around to a few different lots before finally finding a spot, and I nearly missed my flight. The stress and hassle were just not cool. Now I'm stuck dealing with the headache of trying to sort out a refund over email with this company. Overall, it was a really terrible experience, eh.
