Live performance tickets
Going to see a live show after watching it on TV was an unforgettable experience, eh? The energy and excitement from the crowd, with kids and grown-ups laughing and interacting with the performers, made it even more fun. The acrobatics were just jaw-dropping, showing off the performers' amazing talents, eh? And the costumes and music really added to the whole vibe, making it a show I'd love to see again, for sure.
Smooth booking process, frustrating ticket access
My experience was actually pretty good. Booking was easy peasy, and check-in at the event was a breeze. But, I gotta say, my biggest worry was when the tickets went to Apple Wallet without barcodes. It was weird because the tickets on my account had barcodes, but then the site kept kicking me out for no reason, which got on my nerves. Luckily, the event gadgets connected to Apple Wallet tickets smoothly.
Email registration error
I had a bit of a hiccup with signing up for my email on the platform. I accidentally typed in the wrong email address, so the verification code was sent to the wrong place. It caused a bit of a mix-up, but luckily the customer service team fixed it right away. It's too bad that another customer with a similar name got caught up in the confusion too.
Got tix for Peter Kay
Oh my goodness, I had the absolute best time watching Peter Kay at the arena! Getting my tickets was a bit of a hassle, but Ticketmaster made sure to keep me updated with all the info leading up to the show. And I could even download the tickets to my Apple wallet, which made everything so much easier.
Ticket purchase for James Blunt concert
The service we got was top-notch - they kept us in the loop about the event and made it a breeze to snag tickets. And let's talk about Lucy Saggna, the opening act - she was unreal! Then James Blunt comes out and he just killed it with his tunes and jokes. Honestly, the whole night was a blast.
Quick and easy booking process
Booking online was so easy and quick, eh. The app was a piece of cake to download and use. I kinda wish there was a way to snag a special ticket for us die-hard fans, though. The reminders to my phone saved my bacon, and let me tell ya, the concert itself was a solid 10 out of 10!
M&G ticket purchase
My time at the event was absolutely amazing! The staff and performer went above and beyond, definitely deserving a perfect ten stars. However, buying tickets through this platform was a bit of a letdown. Firstly, there was no heads up about the lack of accessibility for the Meet & Greet, which made it tough for many fans to see the performer. This resulted in my elderly mom experiencing chronic pain because of the accessibility issues. Also, getting constant spam notifications about downloading my tickets, even after I had already done it, was just plain annoying and unnecessary.
Connection issues at venue
Your app is totally useless if you can't get a connection at the venue, eh? It's pretty irritating to have to depend on something that's so reliant on outside factors, you know? This whole situation gave me and a bunch of other folks at the event some unnecessary stress and delays, eh? And the fact that it looks like it's a common problem just adds to the frustration, eh?
Digital ticket signal issues
The digital ticket situation was a disaster! We got to the venue and tried to show our tickets, but the signal was terrible. We ended up spending a frustrating 10 minutes outside just trying to prove that we had bought tickets. It was super embarrassing and inconvenient, especially since we just wanted to get inside and have a good time. Eventually, we had to download a whole new app just to get the ticket to actually work. It was such a hassle and really ruined our night.
