I just booked a hotel with this company and I was pretty happy with how it all went down. The website was easy to use and I snagged a sweet deal on a room for my next trip. Booking it was a breeze and I got a confirmation email with all the deets I needed. But, I did run into a bit of a snag when I had to switch up my reservation. I was stuck on hold forever before I could talk to someone which was a real pain. Still, I managed to sort it out in the end.

I had to contact customer service many times to fix my reservation, it was a real pain. And the prices weren't even that good, other sites had better deals for the same place. On top of that, my booking confirmation took forever to arrive, adding to my pre-trip stress. I wouldn't suggest using this travel site for hotels, that's for sure.
