Cash registry experience
I recently tried out a website for a cash registry and I have to say, it was a bit confusing at first. I found it a bit tricky to access the gift tracker like I wanted to. Instead of just logging in on the main website, I had to use a special link for my registry to get to the gift tracker. Once I got that part sorted out, everything else went pretty smoothly. I've heard some mixed reviews about this website for things like cards and physical gifts, but for managing cash gifts, it was the best option for me. I was able to easily transfer all the gifts to my bank account without any trouble. So, if you're looking for a platform to set up a cash registry for your wedding without high fees, this could be a good choice for you too.
Wedding registry items
OMG, I gotta tell you about this website I used for my wedding registry - it was a total disaster. I mean, I thought it was pretty neat that I could add items from different websites, but guess what? Everything actually comes from the original site! Some of the stuff never even showed up, and all the fancy electronics my guests bought were all messed up. My Dyson vacuum, Bissell machine, toaster, and blender were all defective - it was a total nightmare! And to make matters worse, the area rug I ordered was dirty with stains all over it. It's like they sell stuff that people return because it's broken or something. I totally regret using this site, should have stuck with Macy's or somewhere more reliable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear from this place!
Bad customer support, misleading pictures, overpriced items, returns only credits for next purchase
I was super disappointed with my experience at this store, eh? I called for help when they were supposed to be open, but no one picked up. And when I finally got through, the person wasn't all that helpful, you know? The stuff I bought didn't even look like the pictures online and they were way too pricey for what they were. And on top of that, when I tried to return something, they only handed me store credit for next time! What a rip-off, eh?
Overpriced wedding registry
This company thinks it's okay to charge crazy high prices for regular wedding registry stuff. I wish we went with another place for my daughter's registry, could've gotten way better deals. And their customer service is basically non-existent, just makes everything worse. Such a letdown, honestly.
Wedding registry experience
I had a super annoying time with this wedding registry website. It felt like they were really pushy about their services, which made it hard to actually browse and choose what I wanted. Even though I went with a different platform for invitations and our wedding website, they kept bugging me to make a registry with them. That wasn't what I was after at all.
Delayed shipping, poor customer service
My experience with this site has been really disappointing, eh? I spent a lot of money on my purchase, but the shipping is taking forever, y'know? The customer service folks can't seem to help me out at all, they don't have any info on my order. They can't even tell me where it's at or when it's gonna arrive, eh? I tried to cancel and get my money back, but they couldn't do anything about it. It's been almost three weeks since I bought it and I still don't know where my stuff is.
Black Friday purchase delay
So, I made a purchase on Black Friday and boy was I excited. But the delivery date? It just kept getting pushed back, all the way to mid-January. I gotta admit, I was pretty ticked off. And to top it off, I still didn't get my product when they said I would. Like, come on now. This lack of transparency and not delivering on time is just not cool, eh.
Trouble transferring cash gifts
I had such a bad time trying to transfer cash gifts over $1000. Their customer service team just kept going around in circles for three days, each time telling me a different reason why I couldn't finish the transfer. It's really frustrating and it's still not sorted out.
Wedding gift
So I ordered this wedding gift, eh? And when it finally came, it was all beat up, ya know? Like, who wants to give a gift in a dinged up box, eh? And guess what? Zola didn't even care when I told them about it, eh? They could have at least sent a new box, but nope, they did nothing.
Wedding cash gift
I used this platform not too long ago to send some cash to a friend for their wedding. But I gotta say, the whole thing was a bit of a nightmare. The website seemed sketchy and not very secure, and to top it off, my friend's account got hacked and the money got stolen. When we contacted customer service, they kinda tried to sweep it under the rug at first, but then just stopped replying altogether. It was super disappointing and frustrating, especially since we were expecting better security and customer service from them.
Vendor account removal
I signed up as a vendor and got kicked out after 6 weeks with no warning. I wouldn't suggest signing up because they can just boot you out for no reason, even if you didn't do anything wrong.
Wedding gifts
Eh, buddy, I gotta tell ya, Zola ain't cool at all, eh. I ordered six things, right, and only three came in. And here's the kicker, they were all beat up, with forklift holes and everything! Some of the stuff looked sketchy, like it came from some random seller. And when I tried to call and complain, it was like talking to a wall, impossible, eh. So, my advice? Check out what they got, but buy somewhere else, ya know. You'll probably find better deals, eh!
