Birthday bouquet delivery
I bought a bouquet for my friend's birthday, but the delivery got delayed. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times for an update, but no one picked up and my emails were ignored. It was frustrating not getting any help or updates about the delivery.
2024 Flower Delivery
Hey there, about the flower delivery service... I've actually used it before in 2020 and it was all good - smooth ordering and the flowers were top-notch. But my latest order in 2024 was a total letdown. The box showed up all banged up, with the flowers inside all wet and mushy. It was pretty obvious they weren't handled carefully during delivery. So now I'm a bit unsure about using this service again down the road.

Red roses delivery
I just ordered a bunch of beautiful red roses for delivery, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the whole thing. The packaging was upscale and the roses were just gorgeous. The service we got was just awful. We ordered roses for a special occasion and wanted them delivered on a specific date. But they said they couldn't find the address (never had a problem with other deliveries before) and we had to quickly find other options at the last minute. It totally ruined the special day, so we definitely won't be recommending them.
Flower delivery disappointment
I was so bummed out about the flowers I got from this place. They looked nothing like the picture online, were not arranged nicely, and came in a plain box without any ribbon, like a last-minute gift. And to top it off, they were just dumped on my doorstep upside-down, all squished. It's left me feeling pretty disappointed and I'd tell others to stay away from this company.
