    Beautiful crystal necklace with free phone case

    I went to the store with my folks to check out some shiny things, and I came across this super cute necklace that I totally adored. The lady working there let me try it on and mentioned that there was a free phone case if I purchased it. When I got home, I kinda hinted to my pops that my birthday was around the corner (even though it wasn't, but I really wanted that necklace). He called the store and they were super sweet, agreeing to hold it for us. Now I've got both the necklace and the phone case, and I absolutely adore them!

    I bought this really nice necklace from here not too long ago, but I gotta say, the customer service was seriously lacking. When I walked in, the staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves to even notice me. And when I finally got one of them to help me, I felt like they couldn't be bothered. I expect better service, especially when I'm spending my hard-earned money. This place was definitely a letdown compared to other places I've been to.

    I just bought this gorgeous necklace and earrings set from this store and let me tell you, the crystals are top-notch quality. They sparkle and shine like nobody's business, and every time I wear them, I get tons of compliments.     I went to the store in Nottingham the other day and got some amazing customer service from Daisy and Hope. Last year I bought a tennis bracelet and it broke, which was a real bummer. But Daisy and Hope really went out of their way to help me out, getting it fixed for free. Their kindness and commitment to making sure I was happy really touched me. The whole process was super easy and I'm so thankful for their help.

    Zodiac bracelet, Gold-tone plated

    The Zodiac bracelet I got as a gift is just so beautiful! It's got this gold-plated finish that makes it look really fancy and catches your eye right away. But, there's a big problem with it that's been driving me crazy. The clasp on the chain is a real pain to deal with. It's super tricky to put on and I've had a tough time getting it around my wrist every single time. It's really frustrating because I can't wear this gorgeous bracelet like I want to. It would've been great if they fixed this issue when they were designing it to make it easier for people to wear and enjoy.

    Crystal bracelet

    So I got this super pretty crystal bracelet from the store not too long ago. The crystals on it are just so sparkly, they catch the light in the most amazing way. But let me tell you, dealing with their customer service has been a total nightmare. I decided the bracelet wasn't quite right for me, so I sent it back for a refund. And wouldn't you know it, the store managed to lose the package. I've been trying for the past two months to get an update on my refund, but all I've gotten are these vague responses about the package still being reviewed. And get this - now they're saying they can't process the refund and told me to take it up with my bank. Like really? That kind of incompetence and lack of resolution is just not okay in my books. It's left me feeling pretty darn dissatisfied as a customer. Honestly, I'd caution anyone thinking of buying from this store to really think twice.

    This place is just brutal, eh? I got this really awesome crystal necklace, but it came broken 🙁 I sent it back for a replacement ages ago, but they won't refund my postage, eh? I've been emailing them every day, but they just ignore me. Come on, Swarovski, where's my replacement necklace, eh?     Order of crystal jewelry

    I ordered this really pretty crystal jewelry set for my daughter's birthday, but when the package finally showed up, the box was empty. I couldn't believe it – I was so disappointed and honestly kind of shocked that someone would take the contents out. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were not helpful at all. They refused to do anything or give me a refund. I spent a lot of money on that order, and now I have nothing to show for it. I'm going to take this up with PayPal and my bank to get my money back, but I am just really upset with how the company has handled this whole situation. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.

    Necklace broke after less than a year

    So, y'know, I got this necklace back in July for two hundred bucks and it ended up breaking in less than a year. I went to the store in Kingston and they were all, like, sorry it shouldn't have broken, but we don't have another one or we can't fix it. They wanted me to pay sixty bucks more for something similar. I had the receipt, the box, and matching bracelet and ring, but all they could give me was a gift receipt. Can you believe it? They didn't even offer to try and fix it or give me a replacement for free. What a rip off.

    I was so bummed out by my shopping trip at this place. I saw a really cool crystal necklace and bought it on a whim, but then changed my mind when I saw the price tag. Even though I tried to cancel right away, they still processed my order and told me to just send it back. The customer service was seriously no help at all and gave me the runaround.     I had a really disappointing experience at the Swarovski store in the mall of Africa. The staff there were so unprofessional and condescending, especially when I was asking about their products. I couldn't believe it when they actually suggested I should go buy what I wanted from a different store. And to top it off, the supposed manager there was no help at all and didn't seem to know anything about what they were selling. It was just so shocking to see Swarovski's own employees talking down about the brand and its products. They didn't even know basic things like evaluation certificates and prices, which is just not okay. Overall, it was a really shocking and upsetting experience that made me feel like the staff there just didn't care about the brand or its values.

    Watch with missing bracelet extension parts

    I recently bought a watch online from this company and when it arrived, some parts of the bracelet extension were missing. I tried to get help by contacting customer service through chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone but no one was able to assist me. The customer service rep I talked to didn't seem to know what to do and suggested I send the whole watch in just to replace some missing pins! I sent pictures as they asked and even went to a local store as they advised, but I was left feeling frustrated and let down by the lack of support. This whole situation has been really disappointing.

    Shiny crystals earrings

    I ordered these super cute crystal earrings online and man, they took forever to get here. I even paid extra for some speedy delivery on a Friday, but then I get a note saying they wouldn't show up until Tuesday. Like, what? I've never had this kind of trouble with other online stores. Definitely not shopping here again. So useless and annoying!
