Weighted blanket, hoodie, comforter
Oh my goodness, you know what, I am totally crushing on this store! They seriously have the comfiest stuff ever. I am completely obsessed with their weighted blanket - it's like getting a warm hug all night long. And let me tell you, their cozy hoodie and comforter are just pure heaven. I just want to cuddle up in their products forever!
Return process issues
The return process for my order was a total nightmare. I returned my item with the provided label, but it got sent back to me for some reason. I contacted customer service to figure out what happened, and they said I needed to wait for a new label. A week went by with no update, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and used the old label to send it back. Even though I provided proof of return, it's been over a month now and I still haven't received my refund. The lack of communication and incompetence on their part is just not acceptable.
High end comforter purchase
I was really disappointed with the high-end comforter I bought. After just a few months, the threads were coming undone and the comforter was sagging, even though I took good care of it like the instructions said. I expected better quality since I spent a lot of money on it. When I contacted customer service, they were nice at first but then said they couldn't find my order and it was canceled. I had proof of purchase, but they still wouldn't help me. It was frustrating and disappointing how they didn't take responsibility and neglected to assist me. The company's customer service and processes are really lacking, and it's too bad they don't stand by their product or help their customers.
Overpriced sheets
I just bought some sheets from this company and was so let down by how low quality they were for the amount I paid. Plus, they started bombarding me with emails without me ever signing up for anything. I told them to stop, but they just kept on sending spam. I even brought up GDPR laws, but they didn't care at all. It's obvious this company doesn't care about privacy or following the rules. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.
Big order, 2 shipments
Oh man, this company is seriously the worst. So get this, they split my order into two shipments. The first one got lost by FedEx, like can you believe it? And it took a whole month of constant back-and-forth emails just to convince them to send me another one. Then, here's the kicker, they don't even bother giving me a tracking number for the second package! And when I brought it up, they were all nonchalant like "Oh, it's already been delivered." Like, what?! I had to go through the whole process of filing a claim with FedEx to get a refund, and they wouldn't even provide me with the necessary address or phone number. How can they not have basic information like that? It's been two weeks of dodging responsibility and they're still not stepping up to help me out. So untrustworthy, ugh.
Blanket
I bought this blanket from Sunday Citizen, but honestly, it was not a great experience. The whole ordering process took forever and was kind of a pain. The website kept acting up, and I had trouble putting in my payment details. Plus, they didn't communicate well about where my order was at, so I was left feeling confused and annoyed.
