I just bought some stuff from this website and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. Even though I saw some bad reviews, my experience has been really good. Being Canadian, I find it's better to order from the Australian site because of the exchange rates. The stuff I got is really good quality and has lasted a long time. I got shirts, dresses, and rompers and I love them all. Sure, there were a couple things that didn't fit perfectly, but that's normal.
Dress purchase
I just bought this dress online from a store abroad. At first, I was a bit worried about the quality and how long it would take to get here after reading some reviews. But surprise surprise, it only took 12 days to arrive, all the way from a different continent! When I checked out the dress, it did seem a tad bit cheap, but it fit great and I was happy with it overall. Only downside was the price, especially with the extra cost of shipping it all the way to Sweden.
Unimpressed with the quality
I bought a top from this store not too long ago and man, was I let down by the quality. I was super careful with it, but a button went and broke on me after just a couple wears. I reached out to customer service to get a new button, but they were no help at all, just gave me some generic replies. I was so annoyed and felt like I just wasted my cash on something that wasn't made well at all. Definitely not suggesting this store if you want good stuff. Save your dough and go somewhere else.
My recent purchase
I recently bought some stuff from this online store, and I was really disappointed. The things weren't as good quality or size as I thought they'd be. They looked like they were made from cheap material and the sizes were way off. It also took more than two weeks for the stuff to arrive, which was longer than I thought it would. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest shopping there.
Cute dress, poor quality
I was super excited about this dress I saw online - it looked adorable in the pics. But when it arrived, I was totally bummed out because the quality was terrible. The fabric felt really cheap, and the stitching was starting to come undone already. Plus, it was way smaller than I expected - I couldn't even zip it up all the way! And then, to top it off, I found out it would cost me fifteen bucks to send it back. Like, seriously, that's just crazy in this day and age. I'm definitely not shopping from there again, that's for sure.
Shorts and top
So, I was really pumped to get this adorable pair of shorts and top from this online shop, right? But when I tried to send them back because they didn't fit properly, I realized the return policy was pretty lame. They claim to have free returns, but then you gotta cough up for the return shipping, plus you don't even get a full refund unless you settle for store credit. Like, seriously? And they try to make it seem all clear and transparent when it's totally not. Not impressed, eh.
Overpriced clothing
As a customer, I gotta say I'm real let down by the sizes of the clothes I've bought. The website says they use regular sizing, but every dress I've gotten has been way off. It's so annoying to get something that doesn't fit right, especially when you thought it would based on the size chart. And not being able to get a refund like most other online stores just makes it worse.
Online purchase, returning order
I wouldn't suggest shopping with this company at all. My experience with them was really disappointing. I ordered something online not too long ago but I had to return it for a few different reasons. Even though I followed their return process and sent everything back, I still haven't gotten my money back or even heard anything from them about my return. The fact that their customer service team is taking forever to get back to me has left me feeling irritated and not happy at all. I definitely won't be buying anything else from this company in the future.
Discount code drama
Don't even bother trying to return something with a discount code - customer service doesn't give a darn about loyal customers like me. They won't bring back the code or offer a new one. Total rip-off!
Oversized clothing order
I recently bought some clothes for over $600, but they didn't fit me right at all. Normally, I don't have problems with sizes, but this time everything was too big on the top. I decided to send the clothes back, paid more than $15 for shipping, but then found out I could only get store credit. Now I'm stuck with $600 in store credit that I can't even use because the clothes don't fit. And on top of that, the store credit expires in 12 months. I'm really disappointed with this whole situation, and I would recommend that others avoid buying from them.
Dresses, $600
Terrible service, eh? Don't bother spending your cash on this site, they couldn't give a care. I was in the hospital and couldn't send back my dresses on time, but they didn't show any compassion or lend a hand at all. What a rip-off, never shopping here again.
pink hoodie, blue jeans, white sneakers
I ordered this super cute pink hoodie, some blue jeans, and white sneakers from this store, eh. It took so long for them to show up, and when they finally did, the hoodie was nowhere to be found, the jeans were the wrong color, the sneakers were see-through, and covered in glitter that got all over everything. It was honestly the worst online shopping experience ever, eh! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this store - it's total trash, eh!
Dress sizing
I find that the dresses I get from here never seem to fit right and the zippers keep breaking so easily. I wear a size 10, but the dresses just don't fit like a size 10 should. The zippers are the most annoying part, always getting stuck or breaking. It's frustrating because the clothes aren't even that cheap, but they sure feel cheap.
