Quick delivery, stylish cover
So, I had a great experience with this company recently. They delivered my order super quickly and the cover I got was not only stylish but also really good quality. I was impressed by how efficiently they handled everything and the product was even better than I expected. Plus, I got my order in just two days, so the delivery was really quick. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this company to others.
iPhone cases purchase
I just bought some iPhone cases and I'm really happy with how good they are. They give great protection and are surprisingly light. The only downside is that they seem to attract fingerprints super easily.
Got cover, logo falling off
I got this really cool case and I've only had it for about 3 days, but the logo is already coming off! I didn't even drop it or anything, like what's going on with that, eh?
Unique designs, fast shipping
Oh man, these designs are so amazing! And let me tell ya, the shipping was crazy fast. This is actually my second time ordering from them, and every time they just knock it out of the park. I really like that they give you the option to choose between a glossy finish or a satin one - total freedom to match your vibe. The only thing I kinda wish they did was personalized cases, but hey, their logo bar is super sleek and really elevates the whole look of the cases.
Phone case
I just bought a phone case from this online store. But, when it arrived, it was the wrong size for my phone. So, I tried to send it back, only to find out I had to ship it all the way to Germany on my own dime. They didn't even mention that on their website! And the shipping cost was as much as the case itself. Such a letdown and a major hassle, to be honest.

I was really happy with my recent purchase of 2 cases. I was originally planning to get a satin case, but ended up ordering a striped one by mistake. Luckily, the company fixed the error right away and sent me the right case quickly. Their service was top-notch and I am super happy with how everything turned out. Thanks a lot!
iPhone 7 case purchase
I just bought a case for my iPhone 7 and I gotta say, I'm super happy with it. It's not just good-looking, it also does a great job of keeping my phone safe. The quality is pretty good overall, especially the glossy cases. But the matte ones don't hold up as well. Also, the new iPhone 12 cases don't seem to fit right. It can be a bit of a hassle with delivery and returns from Germany, so it might be best to just buy from a reseller.
Cancelled order
I had a rough time with an online store recently. I had to cancel my order because of product issues. Even though I cancelled it on 1/06/2020, I still don't have my refund after 10 days. Every time I talk to their customer service, they just give me lousy reasons and excuses. It feels like they're not taking responsibility or caring about my problem. That's why I had to go and complain through Paypal. It's been super irritating, so I'd recommend avoiding this company to others.
Pink Marble Floral cover and Popsocket
I'm super happy with my recent purchase from this store - I got a Pink Marble Floral cover and Popsocket! The cover has a rubber edge that adds some extra protection for my phone, which has been awesome for preventing any accidental drops. The only downside is that the rubber edge tends to get a bit dirty over time, which dulls the pink color a bit. But overall, the cover is still looking great with no scratches, and the metal logo hasn't faded at all.
Sadly, I accidentally broke my Popsocket and had to get a new one. I noticed that the new one I got had a black base instead of the white one that was shown on their website, so I messaged them on Instagram to ask about it. They replied quickly, saying sorry and acknowledging that it should have been white. They even offered me a full refund for the Popsocket, even though breaking it was my fault. I was really impressed by their excellent customer service and how fast they fixed the issue. I got the refund today and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.Classic case
So I figured I'd give this website a shot since I saw their amazing cases in stores. But unfortunately, they didn't have any PLUS sizes available. I ended up snagging the classic case for 50% off with free shipping on Black Friday. The shipping was super quick, and the case itself is really nice to look at. However, I did notice that it doesn't fully cover the sides, bottom, and top, and the screen kinda sticks out which worries me in case I drop it. On top of that, the silver logo started to rust and fade not long after I got it.
Two unsuccessful orders
Eh, so I've had two times now where I ordered from their website and didn't get my stuff. The first time, it was hard to get a hold of them but eventually got my money back. The second time, they said they didn't get my payment even though it was taken from my account. Plus, I never got an order confirmation. I would definitely steer clear of this company - seems sketchy to me. A big business like this should at least have their online stuff under control. It's just not right.
Stock Availability Issue
I had a bit of a bad time ordering from this company not too long ago. I found something on their website that caught my eye, so I went ahead and bought it. But after what felt like forever, I still hadn't gotten any news on my order. When I got in touch with their customer service, they told me the product I wanted was actually out of stock at their warehouse, even though it was still up on the website. I was disappointed, but I figured I'd give them another shot.
Order at a tech accessory store
I put in an order at this tech accessory shop and got a confirmation. They took the money from my account, but then went dark on me. I shot them an email to check on my order and got a reply saying they had IT issues, but I'd get more info soon. I waited it out, but never got any updates. I tried another email, but no response. I even tried their website, but still nothing. I had to take it up with my bank to get my cash back and let everyone know about this sketchy company.
Phone case
I just ordered a phone case from this company on 2/12. But you know what? When I tracked the package, turns out it was sent from Germany to the US, even though I live in Europe. I tried contacting both the company and the shipping company, but nobody could tell me where it was. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here, it's been such a frustrating experience. Total waste of time, don't bother.

I've bought iPhone cases from this store a few times now and I gotta say, I've always been happy with the quality and all the different designs they have. The first case I got didn't last too long, thanks to me dropping my phone a bunch, but the second one has been holding up great for over a year now. I just got a third case because I couldn't resist the design. The delivery is always quick, and the products are really good, especially for the price. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I need a new phone case.
White phone case with gold accents
I was browsing this blogger I follow and saw the sickest phone case on their site. I had to snag it! Ended up going with the white one with gold details, looks so sleek - almost like marble. It came in this adorable little box and goes with everything. I'm obsessed because not only is it stylish, but it protects my phone too. Thinking about grabbing another one in a different shade soon. Their customer service was top-notch, got back to me super quick. No doubt, I'd totally suggest this spot and their phone cases!
New phone case
I recently bought a new phone case from this shop and man, oh man, was I ever let down. Right after I slapped it on my phone, I spotted a huge scratch on the back. The stuff they used feels like it's gonna fall apart any second, and it was definitely not worth the dough I shelled out for it. Don't waste your cash here if you're looking for a case that'll last.

This company, let me tell you, has got the most disappointing and disrespectful staff I've ever come across. I mean, the way they treat customers is just not right, you know? Their communication is a disaster, taking forever to respond. And let me tell you, Ania Basily is a perfect example of someone who shouldn't be the face of any brand. I was thinking of working with them, but after dealing with their rude and unprofessional staff, I changed my mind real quick. The products aren't even worth the price, but the biggest problem is really the way the staff behaves. It's just not okay and shows no respect for customers. I really hope someone at the company reads this and starts hiring better people.
