    I was totally impressed by the savings I scored on toner cartridges from QuikShip Toner. I've been dishing out so much moolah on those bad boys for ages until my sis told me about this place. I mean, $16 instead of my usual $75? No contest! And on top of that, getting it delivered right to my doorstep is just the icing on the cake. Also, being able to recycle the old cartridges at the nearby office supply store is a major win. I'm one satisfied customer, eh!

    I ordered 2 toners from this company, and it was a total disaster from the get-go. I only got a confirmation email at first, and then there were no updates on my order. When I finally called to ask, they said one toner was out of stock, but they didn't tell me beforehand. Out of nowhere, I got a toner in the mail that was completely wrong - not the one I paid for. I paid for 2 toners but only got one, and it was the wrong one. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare, and I don't trust them to fix it. The Better Business Bureau couldn't help either. It's too much work to return the wrong toner, get a refund, and hopefully get the right ones. I suggest using a different company for your toner needs.

    These guys are the worst. They sent me ink that was expired over a year ago! It took them way too long to give me a refund, and on top of that, they didn't even refund the full amount. And of course, I had to make the trip all the way to FEDEX to return it. Absolutely terrible experience, just terrible.

    Black toner cartridge purchase

    I'm really let down by this toner company. I ordered a black toner cartridge almost a month ago and still haven't gotten it. The website said they had over 100 in stock, but I'm still here waiting for my order to even be shipped. Don't waste your time or get as annoyed as I am, just go find another company to buy from. Make sure you do your homework and check out reviews before you decide, unlike what I did.
