    Eyeshadow palette purchase

    So I bought this eyeshadow palette from the brand and honestly, I was not impressed at all. It looked really nice at first, with pretty colors and all, but the pigment was just not there. One of the shades had sparkles on top but once that was gone, there was nothing left. Overall, the eyeshadows just did not meet my expectations and I was pretty disappointed.

Nobody has reached out to me with any news or updates about what's going on with my order, and that's just not cool. It's kind of sad to see a company ignore their customers like this, especially with how much social media can influence people's opinions.

    I've heard some people say their customer service isn't the greatest, but personally, I've had nothing but good experiences every time I've bought something from them. Sure, sometimes it takes a bit longer for my stuff to be dispatched, but I don't mind because I always shop during their busy sales. I've never had any problems with my orders, except for one time when my package got stuck in customs for a while. Even then, when I got in touch with their customer service, they quickly sent me a new package with faster shipping. They were really polite, helpful, and fast - definitely great service.

    I am so disappointed with the customer service of this company. I've been trying for weeks now to return some items and get my money back, but they're not answering my emails at all. It feels like they're purposely avoiding giving refunds, which is so sketchy, don't you think? There wasn't even a return label or address in the package, which has made things even more frustrating. Their lack of transparency and willingness to assist customers is a big turn-off. If you care about your time and money, I'd recommend staying away from this company.

    Lucky with CS support

    I've been really lucky with the customer service here. One time, the DHL guy actually took my package, but the CS team gave me a refund right away and made sure I still got my stuff. Another time, they cancelled my order and covered the return shipping fees. They've always been super helpful with any questions I've had. It's nice to know that there are businesses like this that really care about their customers and go the extra mile to give great service.

    Eye shadow, unhappy

    We ordered some sparkly eye shadow from this store, and it was not good at all. It took forever to arrive from the US to Canada, and when it finally got here, it was a dud! We tried to return it since it was still unopened, but they refused. Their customer service was terrible and now we're stuck with a useless product.

    I ordered this amazing makeup palette from a shop on November 24th, but I'm still waiting for it to arrive. It's been a total nightmare trying to reach their customer service - I haven't heard back from anyone. My package has been stuck in customs since December 9th, and no matter how many times I've tried to check on it, I've gotten no updates. Global E even said they would look into it because this service is not okay, but that was two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since. I know I'm not the only one dealing with this problem - lots of other people are too. Needless to say, I'm really worried about whether I'll ever get my order.

    Then out of the blue, I got a refund notice with no explanation for why my order wasn't going through. The customer service I got was definitely not up to par, and it left me feeling pretty disappointed with the whole shopping experience. I'd definitely suggest thinking twice before ordering from them because their service is lacking and they don't really keep in touch.

    I recently bought something on sale and got a great deal. The prices were way better than other stores around here. I was a little worried after reading some reviews, but everything turned out awesome. I placed my order on a Wednesday night and it showed up with DHL on the next Monday, only took 5 days to get here. The free shipping they offered was amazing. Just like they said on the website, no problems with customs and everything came in good shape and well-wrapped. I'd definitely buy from them again down the road.

    Matte translucent lipstick purchase

    I recently bought one of your matte translucent lipsticks and honestly, I was so let down. The lipstick just stopped working after only a month, and then it completely fell apart. I had to put it in a jar to keep using it, which was super inconvenient. On top of that, I was pretty disappointed with how the representative handled things. When I tried to give some feedback on your Instagram post, I got blocked right away. It made me realize that any sort of criticism gets shut down just to save face. It really made me lose trust in your brand, and I don't think I'll be buying anything else from you. I'm going to make sure to tell others about my bad experience to let them know about the low quality and terrible customer service.

    Just wanted to let you know that I ordered a lip kit from your store and the service I got was pretty disappointing. They sent me the wrong product and when I reached out to customer service to ask about it, they were kinda rude about it. The person I talked to said they were short on stock so they just sent me something else without telling me first. I felt kinda annoyed and unappreciated as a customer because of their lack of communication and unprofessionalism. I was hoping for better from a well-known beauty brand.

    I was really disappointed with my recent experience at that cosmetic company. I got charged for a gift with purchase that was automatically added to my basket, even though I didn't pick it out myself. When I talked to customer service about it, they just told me to make sure I double-checked everything in my basket next time. I didn't think that was a good enough answer because I think customers shouldn't have to pay for items they didn't actually choose. On top of that, they said I couldn't get a refund and if I wanted to return the product, I'd have to pay for international shipping. I was really mad about the lack of accountability and decent customer service in that situation.

    I just sent back 4 things I bought for $168, but Pat McGrath didn't confirm getting it and won't give me my money back. Dealing with their customer service was awful because it was all automated and didn't really help. It's annoying to have such a bad experience with a brand I used to love. And it was confusing that I had to send stuff back to the USA when I ordered from a UK website, costing me a lot for shipping. Now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again.
