Frustrating return process
So I bought some new clothes online and when they arrived they didn't fit me right. I tried to return them by following the steps on the website and reaching out to customer service. But even though I did everything they told me to, I still haven't gotten the return address from them. The lack of communication and slow response to my problem is really bugging me and I'm pretty bummed out about it.
Misleading website photos
I was really let down by the clothes I got from that online shop. They looked nice in the pictures on the website, but in person, they were badly put together with cheap materials. One of the pieces was just laughably bad. On top of that, it took almost four weeks for the delivery to arrive, way longer than I thought. I wouldn't suggest buying from that store if you want good quality clothes.
Sweatshirt and jeans
The items I received were really awful, definitely not what I wanted. The sizes are all wrong, some are too big and others are too small. I tried to send it back but no one will give me the return address. I'm so frustrated, don't spend your money at this place.
Dress purchase
The dress I got wasn't at all what I ordered online. It was cheap material, the stitching was all wonky, and the size was totally off. When I tried to reach out to customer service about it, I got no response. It's crazy to me how this company is still running with how shady they are.

I gotta say, as someone who shopped at Ninacloak, I really wish I had done more digging before making a purchase. The stuff I bought took so much longer to show up than I thought, and when they finally arrived, they weren't even close to what I was expecting. The fabric was totally different, the sizes were way off, and even though I paid a lot to send most of it back, I only got back some of my money. The clothes were not great quality, some shrank or looked weird after just one wash. It was a massive waste of money and time dealing with all the returns and trying to argue about the charges.
Recent disappointing purchase
So I bought something from this company and it was a total pain. The stuff I got was terrible quality and one of the things didn't even look like what I asked for. And on top of that, I couldn't even get into my account because my password and email weren't working, even though I always get emails from them. I tried to get a refund but it was no dice. Just a really bad experience all around.

Total scam alert! Be careful, don't believe the other reviews on the website! Check out site.jabber instead. The clothes I got were nothing like what they showed - the style was totally different (and not in a good way), the material was awful, and the quality was bad. Plus, the sizes were way off. I wouldn't even wear them out of the house! Save your money.
Two dresses
I recently bought from this company for the first time and it was a complete nightmare. I ordered two dresses, but ended up getting two separate orders of the same dresses. I paid $70.00 and $118.00 for them, but they were really poor quality. When I tried to return them, they wanted to charge me $38.00. Being on a pension, I can't just waste money like that. I contacted their customer service a few times, but only got generic responses. They eventually offered me a $55.00 refund, which didn't make up for all the hassle and wasted money.
Misleading products
I was so let down by shopping on this website. The stuff I got wasn't at all like what they showed online - super cheap, wrong sizes, just really disappointing. I even tried reaching out to customer service for a refund, but they never got back to me. This company is a total scam, and I totally regret spending money there.
My latest online order
So I just ordered some clothes online, eh, and I gotta say, it was a real mess. I tried to send back a few things, but the company never got back to me. Can you believe it? Expensive order not received
I bought this really pricey thing online, but it never showed up. I've messaged customer service four times now, but all they do is send another tracking code saying the courier is still waiting to deliver. They don't seem keen on doing anything else, just sending bland replies like, "Thanks for letting us know you got our message. Hang tight for more updates on your order." Like, obviously. Now they won't even answer my messages.
Poor quality clothes, incorrect sizes received

Instead, I'd suggest looking for similar items on a reliable and trustworthy website to make sure you have a good shopping experience.
Clothing items from an online seller
My experience with this online seller was really disappointing. I ordered 4 tops, a dress, and a cardigan back in November 2021, and they arrived in the UK within 2 weeks as expected. But when I opened the package, I was so disappointed. The tops, dress, and cardigan looked nothing like what was shown on the website. The colors and materials were totally different, and they seemed like cheap knock-offs. The only thing that looked like the picture was the cardigan. So I decided to return everything and asked for the address, which turned out to be in China. I sent the parcel back at my own cost, without insurance, but unfortunately, it never made it to the seller. I emailed customer service several times, but all I got were automated responses and no confirmation of the return. I ended up losing all the money I spent on those items. It was a really frustrating and expensive experience, and I hope my review can help others avoid the same situation.
Bargain-priced clothing
This company is a total scam! I thought I was getting a great deal on some clothing, but turns out they're under investigation for stealing photos from other websites. When I asked about my order, the person said they had no record and told me to wait a week for it to show up in their system. What a joke! They don't even seem to have a legit system. And when I asked about Hong Kong landmarks to test them, they had no idea and got aggressive. It's definitely a scam!
Delayed delivery
I ordered something 25 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. The shipping cost was $19aud and for that price, I thought it would come quicker. I can't even track the item and I'm just waiting to hear back from customer service. Honestly, I'm starting to get worried and not sure if this company is legit. Even if I do get my package in a month, I won't be recommending this site because of the expensive shipping and long wait time.
Bad fabric, wrong material
Oh my goodness, I can't believe how terrible the clothes were from that online store! I ordered cotton and cotton/linen blend clothes, but what I got was cheap polyester stuff instead. They were so poorly made and didn't even have proper tags. Dealing with the company was a total nightmare, but thank goodness for Paypal helping me get a full refund, including the fees. I'm never shopping there again!

The clothes I got from this company were a total mess! Seriously, it took so long for them to even show up, and when they did, the fabrics were not at all like what they said on their website. Plus, the sizes were completely off. Trying to return them was a total nightmare. They said they would give me some money back, but it was only a tiny bit of what I actually paid, and I still haven't seen it. Now they're saying I can only get a voucher, which is useless because I am so not shopping with them again. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this place!
