Clear Aligners
I have 0 regrets about going with NewSmile. I was looking around for at-home aligners treatment that will allow me to get the smile I'll love and found out that NewSmile might be the best option after reviewing the reviews on Google. I must say I made the best decision yet as they are affordable. My smile is absolutely beautiful, I can smile confidently now and not afraid to smile when I take pictures and talk with my friends and family. The customer service I received was great, whenever I email them, they would respond the same day plus they kept me updated throughout the journey. I was shocked that they followed up with me after they sent me the aligners to see if my teeth were moving as planned. What I loved the most is that I got free retainers and a whitening foam. They said they still have my info on file so I can purchase retainers at any time for a low cost. I highly recommend NewSmile if you want to fix your smile, you will not be disappointment. Thanks a lot NewSmile.

Loved the service from this company. I went w/ them because they're licensed by Health Canada, and the aligners are also U.S. FDA approved. They threw in retainers and whitening, and they're $600 less than other brands like Byte and SmileDirectClub that don't give retainers for free!

I am so happy and satisfied with the service that NewSmile offers. They do not require monthly visits to a dental office, and it is very convenient for a working mom like me. The customer service is terrific and the aligners are 100% BPA and latex-free which is safe to use.

New Smile aligners
Takes way to long to get anything from them. After doing a set of impressions and waiting for a response, (about 4 weeks), I was told they were no good and i had to redo them at a cost of $80. I decided not to go ahead and requested a refund. Suddenly all communication stopped. The refund dept was supposed to call me at an agreed upon time. They did not so I called them. They were in a meeting so I got voicemail. Eventually someone called and said that it would need to go for review to see if I was eligible for a refund. I had not started any treatment so other than the initial impression kit which was on sale for $40, I should be entitled to a full refund. They refused to communicate with me and after i got my bank involved, got a barely legible email stating i had to stop my bank ‘meddling’, (their words) or they would not refund me. I am still waiting……..
