Anti-graying hair product
At first I wasn't sure about this anti-gray hair product, but I decided to buy it anyway even though I was skeptical. When I used it, it seemed like a regular hair dye product and it even left stains in the sink. After just one use, my hair, which was 90% gray, turned a light brown color, even though my natural hair color is almost black. I'm not entirely convinced that it actually works to color the hair naturally. It doesn't make sense that such a groundbreaking product wouldn't already be available from big beauty companies with a lot of research and resources. Plus, I'm not sure what's even in it, so I ended up throwing it away.
Keratin products order
I don't understand why people are complaining about this place. Yeah, it took a little longer to get my order, but come on, we're all facing supply chain issues these days. The anti-grey product didn't really work for me, but the keratin treatment was fantastic! My long hair has never looked this good, and I've been getting compliments everywhere. I'd recommend giving it a shot and seeing how you like it.
Birthday cakes
I always come here to get my kids' birthday cakes because they are so yummy! Seriously, they taste amazing and fresh, like a party in your mouth! The designs are really cool too, my kids always get super excited when they see their cake. And they have lots of different flavors to pick from, so there's something for everyone. I never have to stress about the cake not turning out great when I order from here.

Overpriced hair product
I can't believe this company has the nerve to charge such high prices for their stuff and then not give me a refund like they said they would. It's ridiculous that they would go against their own policies and not even consider my request for a refund. Absolutely shameful.

Antigrey restoring treatment purchase
I bought the Antigrey restoring treatment from this company not long ago. But honestly, it was a pretty bad experience dealing with their product and customer service. When I got my 2 bottles, one of them stank like rotten garlic when I opened it.
Only wore once, tried to return but got denied
So, I bought this thing, eh, and it didn't work out for me, so I wanted to return it. When I went to the store, there was this lady (a bit on the heavier side) and she wouldn't take it back because apparently I didn't have the right package it came in. I had the receipt and everything, eh! It's not right to not take something back just because of a technicality. I only wore it once and realized it wasn't for me. It's such a waste to just throw it away when someone else could've used it, you know? They should really think more about the people and less about the money, eh.
Recent online purchase
So I bought something online not too long ago and man, it was a total nightmare. The company says they delivered my order, but I haven't seen anything show up at my door. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they were no help at all. It seems like this company is up to some shady stuff, and I'm really disappointed in how they're handling things. They keep saying my order was delivered when it clearly wasn't, and they're not doing anything to fix the situation. It feels like they're running a scam, and honestly, I feel pretty ripped off. I hope others are careful when dealing with them too.
Two bottles
I bought two bottles recently but had to cancel my order on the same day for reasons out of my control. The cancellation went through, but I've been having trouble getting my refund. I've been reaching out since February 17th, and as of March 20th, I still haven't heard anything or received my money back. It's frustrating to not get any updates or my refund after so many attempts to follow up. This lack of communication and follow-through from the company is really disappointing. I'd recommend being careful when dealing with them to avoid running into the same problems.
Gray treatment hair loss
I've been using this hair treatment for gray hair for about three months now and it's been so bad. I'm usually pretty healthy and never had any issues with my hair before, but now it's falling out like crazy. It's really scary and I'm so worried about what's going to happen next. I've seen other people online with the same problem, and if this keeps going, I'm definitely going to do something about it. My hair used to be so nice, and now this has just been so hard on me emotionally. I really hope I can find a fix for this soon.
Scalp burning and itching
Y'all, this product gave me such a bad reaction! My scalp was on fire and itched like crazy for days after using it. I tried everything to calm it down, but nothing helped, and I ended up with a huge bump on my head. I really don't recommend buying this product, it was just too painful to deal with.

It's really annoying to be ignored and not know what's going on with my order. I won't buy from them again for sure, and I'll ask my credit card company for a refund. Don't get tricked by this scam!
