I can't believe all the bad reviews this company is getting. I've been using their products for a while now and they've really made a difference for my curls. I used to always straighten my hair because I didn't like my natural curls, but these products brought them back to life. I don't even need to use a diffuser, I just use their towel and a bit of water in the morning to freshen them up. Yeah, it's a bit of work on wash day, but curly hair needs that extra care. I can't say anything about their customer service, but honestly, who cares when the products do such a great job? My curls have never looked better.
Wavy hair and sensitive skin
This system has totally changed the game for me, eh. I've got wavy hair and a sensitive skin that doesn't like regular shampoos and conditioners. I've been using this product for almost a year now, and I haven't had any bad reactions, eh. My hair feels fantastic, and I'm totally loving the smell of the products, eh. The only downside is it's a bit expensive, but for the quality and results, I'm happy to invest in it, eh.

I've been using the curl defining serum for years and it's been a game-changer in my hair routine. The trick is to apply it to damp hair, not towel-dried hair. This method really makes my curls pop and I've gotten tons of compliments since I started using it. Even though there are some bad reviews out there, I trust this brand because my best friends with even curlier hair than me recommended it and swear by it.

I gave that curly hair method a shot and oh man, my hair ended up so dry and started breaking like crazy! 😭 Ended up having to chop it off and use a ton of products to bring it back to life. 🛁
Curl defining system
I bought the curl defining system from this company hoping it would help my curls look better and easier to manage. But, after I used it just once, I was so let down. My hair felt heavy and not even clean, plus my curls looked frizzy even after I tried to style them with a diffuser. I thought maybe I should give it another shot, thinking it might need a few tries to work, but sadly, I got the same bad results. I feel like I wasted my money on a product that didn't do what it promised. I wish I had researched more before buying from this company so I would've known what to expect.
Love UR Curls All in one WAVY Step 3
I tried that Love UR Curls All in One Wavy Step 3 product and it just made my hair look so greasy and flat! I used it a few times and my scalp started feeling itchy and irritated. It was such a pain to wash out and now my hair is falling out! I'm pretty sure there are some harsh chemicals in it. I will definitely not be using LUS products again after this bad experience.
5-product pack purchase
I bought the pack of 5 products last year and at first, I was happy with how they worked after using them for the first time. But then I started to notice that my hair felt weird and started breaking after using them more. I kept trying to give the products a chance, but the bad effects didn't go away. So, I decided to stop using them altogether.
Catastrophic hair disaster
I just want to say that this product really messed up my hair. It got super tangled and I struggled for weeks to fix it, but I couldn't. I had no other option but to cut it off, and it was a big letdown and a waste of time and money.

As someone who has put in a lot of time and effort to keep my curls bouncy and healthy, I was really let down by the product I bought. My curls ended up frizzy, heavy, and flat after just one use, no matter how many times I tried to clean and detoxify my hair. It's annoying that the product did so much harm after just one use, and even worse that the company wouldn't let me return it or give me a refund.

This company really let me down by not allowing returns. It was so frustrating because they didn't say anything about it on their website. I bought these cheap products that didn't work at all. My hair felt terrible after using them - like straw! The shampoo, conditioner, and deep conditioner were all so bad. I definitely wouldn't suggest spending your hard-earned money on them.

I recently bought a hair care product from this company, but it wasn't what I expected at all. When I used it, my hair felt super dry and brittle, almost like straw. So, I decided to reach out to their customer service team for help, but all they did was tell me to watch some videos on how to use the product. When I asked about returning it for a refund or exchange, they said they only take back unopened items. This policy really bothered me because I think customers should be able to return something if it doesn't work for them. It's a warning to buyers - no returns for products that suck, even if you don't open them. How are people supposed to know if they want something if they can't even try it out?
3-step system purchase
I recently bought the 3-step system and it didn't meet my expectations. They didn't mention on the website that you need a diffuser for it to work. I used it twice and let it air dry, but it didn't give me the results I wanted. It took too much time for me because I have a busy life. Also, I was surprised to find out they don't give refunds, which they didn't say clearly on the website. LUS Brands should be more honest about their refund policy to prevent unhappy customers. I wasn't happy with my purchase and wouldn't suggest this product to anyone.
3-part system & deep conditioning treatment purchase
I was really looking forward to trying out this product after hearing so many great reviews, but it turned out to be a big letdown for me. Despite following the 3-part system and using the deep conditioning treatment, my hair ended up feeling dry and fragile, the opposite of what I had hoped for. I gave it a few more tries in case it was just my hair getting used to it, but things only went downhill with each use. My scalp started getting oily and my curls lost their bounce. I attempted to get a refund, but I was out of luck as it was past the return period. I ended up shelling out almost $70 on products that did more harm than good. I had to go back to my old reliable hair products from the drugstore to try and fix the damage.

I've always had a healthy scalp with no problems, but within a day of using it, I started feeling itchy. The itchiness quickly turned into a burning feeling and severe flakiness within a few days. When I contacted customer service for help, they said my scalp was just "detoxing" from the product. I stopped using it right away and switched to a different brand. After a month of using the new product, my scalp issues cleared up completely.
