Small expandable pack for light travel
Gosh, this small expandable pack I bought for my travels is just amazing! The design is so smart and well-made, it's a must-have for any traveler. I'm a woman in my 70s who goes to Europe a lot with just carry-on luggage, and let me tell you, this pack is the best I've ever had. Being able to expand it makes packing so much easier, without having to worry about space or weight. The different compartments and secure closures in the design make packing and unpacking a total breeze. I love the attention to detail and the high-quality craftsmanship that went into making this pack - it really takes my travel game up a notch.
Work backpack purchase
My experience with this work backpack has been absolutely amazing. The ordering process was super easy, and the delivery was quick and on time. Expandable backpack
The customer service I got when I bought my expandable backpack was really great. The person helping me was quick and their solutions were top-notch. The expandability of the backpack has been super handy, especially during tough times like the West Maui fires. I've been able to move between home and work easily thanks to how practical the bag is. But there are a couple of small design things that I'd like to see improved. Once things calm down, I'll make a detailed YouTube review to share my thoughts. But overall, I really love my backpack, especially since it was a sweet birthday gift from my family.
Lavender limited edition ballistic backpack
I was kinda bummed when I found out that the lavender limited edition ballistic backpack was all sold out. It was the perfect colour for me and I really had my heart set on it. But then, Rachel from customer service reached out and told me that one had been returned by a previous customer. She did me a solid by putting it back in stock so I could buy it. This level of customer service totally caught me off guard and I really appreciate it. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to shop with this company. I'll make sure to tell all my friends about how awesome my experience was!

I bought this business travel backpack not too long ago, and let me just say, I'm really impressed with it overall. Buy cool bag
I got this bag, eh, and it looks pretty cool on me. I ordered it online, eh, and the website was easy to use. It came super fast, eh, and I'm gonna use it for a trip in May. It's good for travelling, eh, but not so great for everyday use. It's kinda heavy and not big enough for all my stuff, eh. The laptop compartment is a bit hard to get to and the compressing flap gets in the way, eh. I still use my old bag for school and stuff, eh.
Bag recommendation, honest service, exciting purchase.
I reached out to customer service not too long ago to figure out which bag would be best for me. The reps really knew their stuff and gave me two options they thought would be a good fit. They were upfront about what each bag could do, which made it easier for me to choose. I ended up making a purchase and I can't wait to get my hands on my new bag!
First Order
My first order gave me a bit of trouble, but thankfully Amanda from customer support helped me out. She was really helpful and patient in fixing my problem, and I was super thankful for that.
Ordered stuff, couldn't track, had to order again
So, yeah, I wanted to buy some stuff, you know? I placed the order, but then I couldn't even track it! And that's really not cool because I want to know where my stuff is, right? So I ended up ordering everything all over again, but this time I had to pay a ton for overnight shipping. I mean, come on, why did it have to be like that? It took over a week for the first order to finally arrive. Totally not cool, dude.
Medium Backpack
I bought the medium expandable series 2 backpack because I can use it for everyday stuff and have extra space for travel when I need it, eh.
