    Disappointing customer service

    Overpriced water bottle

    I just bought this water bottle that's supposed to keep me hydrated, but man, it was so expensive. At first, I thought it was alright, but then I found out I had to pay extra to set my own goals, pick colors, and track my progress. Like, seriously? It's just a water bottle, why should we have to pay more for stuff like changing the background?

    Hidrate water bottle

    I just got a Hidrate water bottle and even though it's not perfect, it's been really helpful in getting me to drink more water every day. I went with the stainless steel one after using the spark 3's, which kept my water cold, but not as much as I wanted. The steel bottle looks good and is strong, perfect for everyday use. However, there have been some problems with the tracking system, which has been frustrating when I'm trying to keep an eye on my hydration levels. But, when I reached out to customer service about it, they were amazing. They listened to my concerns and quickly replaced the parts causing the issue. Even though I've had to deal with some resets and data recording problems, I appreciate the effort to fix things. Overall, I'm happy with how the bottle motivates me to drink more water, and I'm hopeful that the accuracy problems will be sorted out with the new parts.

    Broken app, disappointing support

    I just brought a water bottle from this company to try and keep track of how much water I drink and stay hydrated. But I'm really disappointed because the app hasn't been working for the last two months. I tried contacting support for help, but they haven't fixed the issue. It's really frustrating to spend money on something that's supposed to help me reach my goals and get rewards, but the app keeps crashing.

    My water bottle has been broken since it arrived! I ordered a new charger, but it got sent back and never returned. I got another one, but it didn't solve the problem. Then they sent me a new puck and that also didn't arrive! Now I just want a refund. So frustrating!

    Bottle was cool

    I got this really cool bottle back in February and it was amazing. It seemed super durable and like it would be around for a long time. Setting it up was a breeze and it worked perfectly with all my apps. The lid ended up breaking, but when I reached out, they sent me a replacement really quickly. This company is great, the bottle is fantastic, and it's clear they value good customer service.

    Bottle with app integration

    That bottle with the app thing is totally useless, eh. The app keeps screwing up and won't sync with the bottle, so what's the point in tracking how much water you're drinking, right? The bottle is just sitting there on top of the phone, and no matter how many times you try, the app just doesn't pick it up. Basically, it's just a fancy thermos that doesn't do what it says. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone trying to keep tabs on their water intake, eh.

    I was super pumped to get a smart water bottle to keep me hydrated all day. But then, out of nowhere, it stopped working. So, I contacted the company for help, and they told me it only had a 100-day warranty. I felt let down and kind of ripped off by a product that didn't even last.

    Water bottles with tracking technology

    In the last few years, I've bought a few water bottles with tracking tech from this company. But, gotta say, the tech hasn't really held up well. Out of the four bottles I got, only one made it to a year before conking out. The rest didn't even last six months. It's a bummer 'cause I needed to keep an eye on my water intake due to a health condition. Thankfully, I don't need the tracking anymore, but I still use the bottles themselves.

    Overpriced water bottles

    I bought 2 water bottles for a pretty high price, but only one is showing up on the app. I'm having lots of trouble syncing and the reminders aren't working right on my new phone. And on top of that, they want to charge me an extra 5 euros just to use different colors for the bottles on the app. I wouldn't suggest getting these overpriced products from this company.

    'Smart water bottle'

    I was so looking forward to testing out that fancy smart water bottle, but man, was I let down. It only lasted three days before it totally crapped out on me. I contacted customer service for some help, and all they said was to try a different cable because this is a common issue. Like, seriously? How am I supposed to randomly have an extra charging cable lying around just to fix a problem? I paid good money for that thing, I was hoping for a way better experience.

    I bought something from this company and got a broken one. When I told customer service through email, they told me to try some troubleshooting stuff, but I had already done that. They agreed that the product was faulty but said they couldn't send a new one cause of technical problems. I've reached out to them a few times since then, but haven't heard back yet.

    Water bottle tracker

    I honestly didn't think I needed this water bottle tracker, but it has been a total game-changer for me. I've tried so many other ways to keep track of my water intake, but nothing beats the simplicity and convenience of this product. The bottle syncs up with the app super easily, so it's been a breeze to use. The quality of the bottle itself is fantastic too. It syncs perfectly with all my Apple devices, which is a big bonus. I got this back in 2022 and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay on top of their hydration game. The battery life has been really impressive and I haven't had to worry about charging it too often, though having USB-C charging would be a nice touch in the future. Overall, just wanted to say thanks for making such an awesome product!

    Accidental purchase of bottle covers and lids

    So, I bought these bottle covers and lids from this company by mistake about a month ago. I tried to return them, following their process, but all I got was two emails saying the return label wasn't working. I've been trying to reach out to them every week, but haven't gotten a good answer or solution yet. Their lack of customer service and communication is really getting on my nerves. I'm definitely not buying anything else from them in the future.

    Even though I was really excited to use this app, I was disappointed by how inconsistent it was. I made sure my phone was charged, calibrated it carefully, and even tried resetting it to fix any problems. But, unfortunately, the app didn't track my water intake accurately. I only got a couple of days of correct data before it started messing up again. This constant issue has left me feeling really let down and unsatisfied with how the app works.

    Bottle with issues

    My water bottle was a total disaster right from the start. It took ages to even arrive at my place. And then the little thing inside that's supposed to measure the water intake was all messed up. They did send me a replacement, but that took way too long too. The app that's supposed to go with it was also not working properly. I tried to fix it myself, but it took forever. After dealing with all these issues, I just wanted my money back, but they said it was too late for that. Well, of course it was too late - they took so long to do anything! I had to end up getting my money back through my credit card. The product seemed good in theory, but using it was just a big disappointment.
