Bifocal glasses with prisms
I recently got myself some new bifocal glasses with prisms from this company. My eye doctor warned me that prisms can be a bit tricky to nail down, so I was a bit nervous. But I had bought glasses from them before and used them for almost 5 years, even though I always felt like something was a bit "off" about them. I jokingly called them "perma-dirty" even though they had all the coatings. But looking back, I think the issue might have been with the prisms, which might not have been in the original prescription. I'm crossing my fingers that this new pair will be perfect and that GlassesUSA will get the prisms right this time.
Purchased prescription glasses and sunglasses
As someone who's been a customer at this eyewear store for a while now, I gotta say their stuff is top-notch quality. I've never been let down by the glasses I've bought here. And if there's ever been a problem, their customer service team is on it right away, either swapping out the product or giving a refund with no trouble at all. They've got a great variety of glasses to choose from, and I love that they offer discounts that make their prices even better.
New glasses purchase
So I bought these glasses online, eh, and ran into a little hiccup with the delivery address. Even though I always make sure my address is up to date on all the platforms, the order still ended up going to my old spot. I was pretty flustered and puzzled about it, but luckily the customer service folks were able to sort it out in the end. I'm glad things got fixed, but now I'm not so sure about buying stuff from them in the future, you know?
Easy customization, reasonable prices, long delivery time
The process of customizing my glasses online was super easy. I could easily find my way around the website and design my glasses just the way I liked. Being able to personalize both the frames and lenses was a big plus for me. The prices were pretty fair too, which definitely made me more likely to buy. The only drawback was that the delivery took a bit longer than I expected. But all in all, as a first-time user, I had a really good experience.
GlassesUSA Try On feature
I just bought some glasses from GlassesUSA and I really like using the Try On feature. But one thing that bugs me is that it moves a bit slow. Also, when I click on a pair of glasses to see more info and then go back to the list, it always takes me back to the top instead of where I was. It's annoying and kind of a hassle.
New prescription glasses
This is my first time ordering glasses online and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The whole process went really smoothly, from picking out the frames to entering my prescription details. I even got a discount code when I called to ask about frame choices. The only thing that would have made it even better is if the website let me search for frames by height.
Expensive glasses
Ordering was so easy, eh? This was my first time ordering from this website and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how simple it was. Everything went nice and smooth. But hey, I'm hoping that the pricey glasses I ordered are as good as the ordering experience. Thanks a bunch, Joey P.
Prescription glasses
I recently got a pair of prescription glasses from this company and had a really tough time. The online chat was slow and not very helpful, the 800 number didn't let me talk to a real person, and texting didn't work either. When the glasses showed up, the prescription was right, but the arms were all crooked, which made the lenses wonky and impossible to wear. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but couldn't get the issue resolved or get a refund. Dealing with this took me 3.5 hours, and it was really stressful, especially since I needed those glasses urgently in between my cancer treatments. The lack of actual human interaction and good customer service was disappointing and just made things harder. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company to others.
