I was so disappointed with the stainless steel water bottle I bought. The lid wouldn't seal right, so it leaked every time I went to take a sip. And don't even get me started on the customer service - they were no help at all. The price was ridiculous for such a crummy product. Plus, when the bottle finally showed up, it was way later than they said it would be. Total waste of my time and money, eh.

The whole ordering process was a mess because their website was super hard to figure out and I couldn't find what I wanted. When I finally managed to place my order, the service was not great at all - they barely gave me any updates on where my order was at. Plus, the prices were way too high compared to other brands with similar stuff. And to top it off, when my order finally came, it took way longer than they said it would. It was so frustrating. All in all, I wasn't happy with my experience and I probably won't shop with them again.
