Peony bouquet disappointment
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, and I've always been happy with the flowers I've received. However, my latest purchase of a Peony bouquet was a bit disappointing as the flowers weren't as good as usual. So, I decided to send an email to their customer service team to let them know about my concerns. To my surprise, they got back to me really quickly and were super helpful. The person I talked to was really understanding and came up with a solution right away. I was thrilled to get a fresh bouquet of a different rose, and it arrived right on time. The great response from the customer service team has made me even more loyal to this company, and I'll definitely keep buying from them in the future.
Stunning flowers, exceptional service
I just gotta say, those flowers were so beautiful and the service was amazing. I can't stop talking about how great my experience was with this company. The bouquet I got was even better than I expected - the flowers were so fresh, bright, and arranged perfectly. They really added a special touch of class to my event and lasted for weeks. Irises bouquet for home decoration
I just got this gorgeous bunch of irises from this company to spruce up my place, and let me tell you, I was really blown away. The flowers came all nicely wrapped, making it feel like a real treat to unwrap them. And on top of that, there were so many stems in the bouquet that I was able to spread them out into a bunch of vases around my home. The flowers were top quality and immediately livened up my space. I definitely think this company is worth checking out if you want some impressive, high-quality flowers.
Amazing flowers and service
The flowers I got were absolutely gorgeous! They were so beautiful and smelled amazing! They arrived right on time and the person who delivered them was really nice. I've ordered from this place a few times now and I'm always pleased with my purchase. There was one time they had to substitute some flowers, but they made up for it by giving me an extra bunch for free. The customer service was also really helpful.
Flowers for my wife
I bought these flowers for my wife and they were really nice. Usually, the flowers I get her have a lot of greenery that she doesn't like and they take up too much room. But the flowers from this place are much better! They're easy to order online and they last a long time! I'm really impressed and I'll definitely buy more.

Peonies purchase
Last summer, I bought some peonies from this online flower shop and I have been so impressed. The flowers were way better than I expected and they lasted a really long time. I've never had such a good experience buying flowers online before. Now, Flowerbx is my go-to for all gifts, I only send their flowers to my friends and family. I'm excited to see what beautiful blooms they'll have for the holidays.
Flowers delivery as a gift
I just got a beautiful bouquet of flowers from my granddaughter as a gift. Sadly, the box it came in was all squished when it got here, but it wasn't the company's fault. I contacted them about it, and they right away sent me a new bunch of lovely flowers. I was really impressed by how fast they fixed the problem and how generous they were. I'd definitely tell other people to use their services.
Anniversary roses order
I just ordered some roses for a wedding anniversary, but then I found out they're gonna be a day late. Thanks to Giulia, she got back to me right away and helped me order another bunch of roses that will get there on time. I've seen how beautiful the roses from this company are before, so I know they'll be amazing. Big thanks to Flowerbx and Giulia for making the anniversary extra special.
Flowers delivered perfectly
Oh my gosh, I gotta tell you about this place that delivers the most incredible flowers! The packaging is super fancy and the flowers look like they're straight out of a magazine. I've ordered flowers for all my buds, parties, and special occasions from this site and each time they were just perfect. Whenever I'm in need of flowers, this place always comes to mind!
Red daisies
I was a big fan of this flower shop, but my last purchase wasn't great. I've been getting red daisies from them for years, and they always used to come individually wrapped, looking perfect. But this time, they were all packed together and half of them were weirdly shaped. It was disappointing. Even though this one wasn't so good, I've loved all the other orders I've gotten from them and the Flowerbx gifts my friends have given me. I hope this feedback helps them do better for future purchases.
Subscription Flowers Review
As someone who's subscribed to the flower delivery service, I was really looking forward to getting top-notch flowers given the higher prices. When I first got the roses and peonies, they looked amazing, but I was let down when the roses started drooping and the peonies didn't bloom right. It was a bummer to see such pretty flowers lose their beauty so quickly. I can't wait for my next delivery, hoping the flowers will last longer and be even better.
Fresh, stunning blooms
The flowers from this shop are seriously amazing. They were so fresh and arranged so nicely, it was a treat for the eyes. And the packaging was great too, making sure the flowers got to me in perfect shape. But, there was a little hiccup with the delivery and I think they could work on improving their customer service experience.
Red to orange bouquet
The flowers I got were really disappointing. They came nicely wrapped and right on time, but they were not at all like the beautiful red bouquet in the picture. They were actually a weird orange shade that was not what I was hoping for. I know pictures are just a reference, but since I bought them as a gift, it was hard to overlook the letdown. To top it off, the flowers didn't last very long and I had to toss them sooner than I thought. It's never easy to write a negative review, but I can't help but feel disappointed by this whole situation.
Beautiful peonies, delivery mishap
I was so excited to give my friend a gorgeous bunch of peonies for her birthday. She absolutely adored the flowers. But then, the delivery got mixed up and the peonies ended up at the wrong house. It was a Sunday, so my friend had to go knocking on doors in the area to find the rightful owner. Luckily, she eventually found them and the flowers made it just in time for the birthday festivities. I was pretty bummed about the mix-up, especially considering we had given the correct address and never had any problems before.
Hydrangeas
My experience with Flowerbx was a bit of a rollercoaster. The first three deliveries of gorgeous hydrangeas were perfect, but the fourth one never showed up. Turns out, it was the courier's fault - they said they tried to deliver when they really didn't. At first, customer service wasn't super helpful, but after a strongly worded email, they refunded me and sent another bouquet. It was nice of them to fix the problem, but I think a high-end product like theirs should come without any issues. Overall, I would have given them 5 stars if not for that delivery mess-up. Still, I'd recommend Flowerbx for special occasions.
