Last minute Christmas gift order
So I ordered a last-minute Christmas gift from this company and I was pretty happy with how it all turned out. I had never heard of them before, but I found a cool gift for my niece and her partner. The prices were decent and the delivery came quickly. But I was bummed to see that one item, a delicate velvet travel jewelry case, was missing from my order. I didn't contact the company right away, but they sent me a survey later on asking about my order, so I let them know about the missing item. Unfortunately, they didn't acknowledge the problem or say sorry for the mix-up, which was disappointing. I think it's important for companies to listen to customer feedback and concerns, and I feel like Femail Creations could do better with their customer service by addressing issues like this right away.
Magnet purchase
I was so surprised to see my magnet arrive so quickly, especially with the holiday rush going on. It was exactly what I wanted and packaged really well. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more in the future.
Bait and switch trick
This store is such a rip-off! They said I'd get free shipping for giving my email, but then didn't give it at checkout! When I asked for a refund, they said I needed a code they never gave me. Like, what the heck? I even told them to remove me from their email list if they weren't gonna refund me. And they didn't even respond to that! Plus, they charged my card right away even though my order was gonna take weeks to ship. So shady! And then, they didn't even tell me my order was back-ordered until I asked. Like, hello? I needed those items for Christmas gifts! I said to cancel everything and give me my money back. Ugh, never shopping here again!
No product received
I ordered this really cool thing back in September and paid extra for fast shipping, but it still hasn't shown up. I sent an email to ask about my order, and they told me it would ship soon, but it's been so long and there's still no sign of it. I'm getting super frustrated - it feels like I'm being scammed!
Recent online shopping experience
I recently had a not so great online shopping experience. The website had cool stuff, but their customer service was not good. I ordered on December 2nd and paid for 7-10 day shipping. But my order didn't come until January 3rd, way after the holidays. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, but never got a response. Because of the bad communication and late shipping, I'm going to shop somewhere else from now on.
