Bought some tools
I was so pumped to receive my new tools, but man oh man, it took them a ridiculously long time to even get my order going! I placed it on September 12th and still, on September 17th, it was stuck in "processing" mode. I was starting to worry that I'd never lay my hands on those tools! But lo and behold, the Elite Tools crew stepped up and swiftly addressed my worries. Finally, my order was on its way and I breathed a huge sigh of relief. The customer service was top-notch and I'm thrilled to have my tools in hand at last. Huge shoutout to Elite Tools for coming through!
Chainsaw purchase
I just bought a chainsaw from this store and ran into a little hiccup with my order. It was a bit of a challenge to get a hold of the shipping team at first, but once I finally got through to them, they were super helpful and understanding. The lady in the shipping department was so kind and really went out of her way to fix the issue for me. Even though they might be swamped with work sometimes, their commitment to customer service really shows and they'll definitely go the extra mile to help you out. Miter Express Combo
I ended up ordering the Miter Express Combo and it was so simple and easy! The website had a lot of different tools to choose from and the prices were great. The shipping was really quick, and the package arrived in perfect condition. Putting the miter express combo together was a piece of cake because the instructions were really clear. In general, I'm really happy with my purchase!
Gift purchase for son
I don't know much about tools, but I found the website really easy to use. I was able to get a gift for my son without any problems. The prices were good and they even had a coupon for orders over $100, plus free shipping, so that was a bonus. I called to ask about when it would arrive, and the lady I spoke to was super nice and helpful. It made the whole experience even better.
Table saw purchase
I just bought a table saw from this company and I have to say, I'm really happy with the quality of it. It works really well and has made a big difference in my woodworking projects. The customer service team was quick to help with any questions I had about the saw. All in all, I'm really satisfied with my purchase.
Drill Set
Hey, so I got this drill set from Elite Tools and it was really nice. But when it was delivered, the box was all banged up and some pieces were broken. I was so disappointed, you know? But Elite Tools sent me a replacement really quickly and covered all the costs! That was pretty amazing of them. It shows how a company handles issues like that is super important, right?
Drill press purchase
I just bought a drill press from this store and man, I gotta say, the delivery was crazy fast! I wasn't even in a hurry to get it, but it showed up days before I thought it would. The website was pretty easy to use, no problems at all browsing the products or going through checkout. It was nice to see that the stuff was being shipped from within Canada.
Oneida Dust Sentry Indicator purchase
I was so happy with my experience at Elite Tools! I found the product I was looking for at a great price, and it arrived sooner than expected. But when I had some trouble installing it, I had to contact customer service. Thankfully, "Chris" was there to help me out and make things right. I'm really grateful for his knowledge and assistance.
My big sale score
So, yeah, I found this really awesome item on sale and it was so cheap! And then, it arrived in the mail really quickly, which was great! But, when I had a question and I emailed them, they completely ignored me, which was not cool. I mean, seriously, it's not that difficult to reply to an email, eh?
State Park sign making template
I found the sign making template I was looking for and will buy more when they're back in stock. The prices are the best I could find in Canada. I'm so excited to start my first project with it!
Two boxes of screws
The price was really good, and the item was exactly like they said it would be. Everything went pretty smoothly with the sale, but one of the boxes the screws were in got all smashed up, so the screws went everywhere. Probably happened ‘cause the shipper wasn’t very careful with it. Plus, the delivery took way longer than I thought it would.
Recent order
I just ordered something and wasn't too pleased with how they kept me in the loop and how long it took to arrive. But, today it finally came, and they even said sorry and explained the hold-up, which was nice. Even though there was a bit of a bump in the road at first, I'm happy with how they handled things and fixed the issue. I'd say it's a good place to shop at.
Router bits
I ordered some router bits that were supposed to be in stock on the website. I placed my order and got charged right away, but then I got an email saying they're actually out of stock. Now I have to wait up to 4 weeks for them to arrive. The price was good, but waiting for so long is really annoying. They even asked for a review before the items were shipped - way too early if you ask me.
Disappointed due to shipping restrictions
I bought something from Elite Tools the other day and it didn't go as smoothly as I'd hoped. Turns out, they couldn't ship the item to where I am because of some restrictions that weren't mentioned when I was placing my order. I get that they can't always anticipate every shipping issue, but a heads-up would have been nice in this situation.
Order placed 11 days ago
I ordered something 11 days ago, and I'm pretty bummed about how long it's taking and the lack of updates. I waited a whole week and still didn't get my stuff, so I had to call them up to see what's going on. Turns out, they didn't have the batteries I needed in stock, so they had to ship them from somewhere else. It would have been nice if they had let me know about the hold-up beforehand, especially since I was really looking forward to getting my order. But oh well, what can you do?
