Online order with excellent customer service
I had such a great experience with a company's customer service recently! I ordered something online and accidentally chose the wrong size over the weekend. But on Monday, I got a super nice email from them asking about my mistake. They were so fast and efficient, it really went above and beyond what I expected. Their proactive approach saved me the trouble of having to return the item and also saved the company time and resources. I was really impressed by how much they pay attention to detail and care about customer satisfaction. It's clear that they really value their customers and try their best to give great service. I'm happy to say I've found a new favorite brand and I'll definitely be coming back to shop again.
Night shirt purchase

Lara Short Pyjamas in size M
I recently got myself the Lara Short Pyjamas in size M because I couldn't find the Women's Pyjamas Lara Micro Modal Stretch in my size. About a year ago, I bought this hoodie and I really love it! The material is so good and it's super cozy. The other day the zipper broke and I was so sad. But I contacted customer service and they were awesome! They gave me a return label so I could send it back to them and they fixed it for free.
