Online order of two shoes
I was a bit hesitant about ordering online, especially after reading a few bad reviews. But when I couldn't find the shoes I wanted at the Mississauga store, I thought I'd take a chance. Luckily, my order came quickly on Tuesday after I bought it on Saturday. I was really happy with how smoothly everything went. I hope all my future orders are just as good. The staff in the store were super nice and helpful, which made my whole shopping trip awesome.
Jordan release purchase
My experience buying the new Jordan sneakers online was amazing! I was really impressed with how simple the whole process was, and I liked the extra security measures they had to stop bots from snatching them all up. The security questions not only made me feel safer buying them, but also made it fair for everyone. It's nice to see a company taking action to make sure their releases are fair for everyone.
Sneaker Purchase
I bought a pair of sneakers from your store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how smooth everything went and how fast my order arrived. The whole thing from start to finish was easy and quick. The sneakers are exactly what I was hoping for and I’m really happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely be thinking about buying from you again next time.
Bought shoes
I bought these really awesome and comfy shoes online, eh? But man, there was this annoying delay in getting them shipped to me. Seriously, why does everything gotta take forever? Other than that little hiccup, everything else was amazing! The website was easy to navigate, the customer service was super friendly and helpful, and the shoes were definitely worth the wait.
Sale items
I'm so frustrated with always having stuff taken off my orders at this store. It seems like every time I try to buy something on sale, I get an email saying it's out of stock. This has happened to me a bunch of times now, and it's super annoying. It makes me doubt how accurate their inventory is and leaves me feeling disappointed.
Wrong Item Received
What a terrible experience I had! I ordered a jacket online but got sent a random pair of shoes instead. I tried contacting customer service through email and phone but heard nothing back. So frustrating!
Shoes purchase
If you want great service and quick delivery, you don't need to look any further! I just bought something and was really happy with how well they treated me. Ordering was easy peasy and it didn't take long to get my stuff. Big thanks to the team for making sure customers are happy.
Quick and easy Air Max 1 purchase
Just wanted to say that shopping online was super easy! The Air Max 1 sneakers I got are amazing. The little swoosh detail is so perfect, adds a nice touch to the whole look. I'm already thinking about my next purchase from them!
Bought a bunch of stuff
It'd be so much easier if they just bring all my things at once instead of scattering them around. And it'd be great if they gave me a heads up when they drop it off or leave it at the back so it doesn't go missing.
Shoes in different styles
I've been a loyal customer for a while now, shopping both online and in the store. But my last order was a big disappointment. I got two shoes in one box, both black but totally different styles. It was really frustrating and not what I was expecting. Now I'm not sure if I want to order from them again, hoping that next time will be better.
Suit purchase for a formal event
When I got the suit for the fancy event, I was bummed because it didn't fit right. I tried to get help but no one got back to me, and it took way too long. I thought I'd get better service and accuracy as a customer when buying something so important.
Cancelled items, inventory issue
I can't believe it! I ordered some stuff from JD, and turns out half of it got cancelled because they can't keep track of what they have in stock online. It's so frustrating being a customer - why would they let me order stuff they don't even have? I'm definitely not happy with this at all.
Two t-shirts
I just ordered two t-shirts, eh, but I only got one of 'em. I was really looking forward to wearing both, so I'm pretty bummed about the mix-up. The t-shirt I did get seems high quality, but I'm not happy about the lack of communication regarding the missing one. It would be great if this could be sorted out quickly, eh.

Birthday gift purchase
I can't believe how incompetent this company is. How can they have an online store and not even know their stock levels? I ordered a birthday gift for my nephew in Canada and a week later they told me they don't have it anymore. His birthday is in two days, what am I supposed to do now? The whole idea of ordering ahead is to avoid problems, but this company clearly can't handle that. Their service is terrible, I'm definitely going somewhere else.
Two items order
The order got here super quick, but I was kinda disappointed with all the pollution from the two big delivery trucks for just two items. It got me thinking about the environment and if I wanna keep shopping here, 'cause it doesn't seem like you guys really care about being eco-friendly.
