Dinnerware set purchase
The dinnerware set I bought from here goes above and beyond in terms of quality and durability. I've been using it every day for a few weeks now and I haven't had any issues with chipping or breaking, which has been a problem with other sets I've tried before. Glass dinnerware set
I bought a glass dinnerware set from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the quality. They claim that these plates are supposed to be super tough and resistant to chipping and all that, but after only a few times using them, I started to see a bunch of chips along the edges. The design is nice and all, but if the plates can't handle regular use, then what's the point, you know? I was expecting better durability, especially coming from a brand with a good reputation. Overall, I'm just not satisfied with what I got.
Dish set purchase
I recently bought a dish set from this company. But man, when it showed up, it was totally not what I asked for. I tried talking to customer service to see about getting a new one sent over, but they were like, "Sorry, can't help you." It was such a letdown dealing with them, so I won't be buying anything from them again.
Plates and bowls
I picked up some new plates and bowls for my room and they're really awesome! They have this nice swirl design on them and they're really strong. I accidentally dropped one on the ground and it didn't even break! Also, they're super easy to clean, which is great because I really don't like washing dishes. I'm excited to invite my friends over for dinner and impress them with my fancy new plates.

Large order of dishes
Imagine this, you're already stressed out trying to pick out what to eat, and then you end up getting the wrong bowls with gross rust stains on them. That's my nightmare that came true when I made an online order. I was on hold forever before I finally got a hold of this guy named Nico from customer service. Let me tell you, he was not helpful at all. Kept putting me on hold and gave me wrong info about how to exchange the stuff. Even after tons of back and forth emails, the company wouldn't fix the problem. Now I'm stuck with mismatched, stained bowls that I can't clean off. So disappointed with their service, definitely never ordering from them again.
