We thought it would be great to have the gear delivered right to our campsite. But, turns out, reality didn't match our expectations, eh. The gear didn't show up when it was supposed to, and even when we reached out to customer service, they didn't seem too concerned about fixing the problem, eh. We only got part of our order two days into our four-day trip, and we were missing important stuff like a cooler and batteries for our lights. We had to scramble and spend extra money on restaurants and hotels because of the unexpected mix-up. It really threw a wrench in our plans and made the whole trip a frustrating and disappointing experience, eh.

I called ahead of time to double-check on my shipment, and turns out the package got sent back because the FedEx office doesn't hold onto packages. When I reached out to Arrive Outdoors, I didn't even get an apology. They told me it was on me to know what the FedEx office can handle. Even though their website says they deliver to any authorized FedEx spot, I was left with no fix. After talking to a supervisor, a 4-hour delay made me miss out on a priority shipment, eh?
