So, I got this photo printer from this company and I gotta say, I'm kind of torn about the whole thing. The printer itself is pretty good, makes some high-quality photos and all that. But man, the set-up was such a hassle! Took way longer than I thought to figure out how to get it up and running smoothly. And don't even get me started on the customer service - couldn't reach anyone for help when I was having trouble with the printer. Like, seriously, it was frustrating! Overall, I'm happy with the printer itself, but they definitely need to step up their game when it comes to the whole buying experience.
