I was so caught up playing video games on my tablet when I thought, "Why not shoot an email to customer service about whisky?" It was super late on Christmas, but you won't believe it - I actually got a response and a solution in just 10 minutes! I was shocked at how speedy they were, I can't even get my mom to make me a sandwich that fast! Naturally, I had to order a bottle of whisky from them immediately. Best choice I've made.
Whisky purchase from far away
I was a little unsure about ordering from this company because of the cost and how far away they were, but I decided to go for it and I'm really happy I did. The price was actually better than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The company's communication was quick and helpful, which helped calm my nerves about buying from them. The shipping took a bit longer than I thought, but the product showed up right on time, just like they promised. The packaging was excellent and made sure my precious whisky arrived in perfect shape. Overall, I had a good experience with this company and wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again.

I found this place by chance a few years back and it's been great! The customer service here is top-notch and the prices are really reasonable. I've picked up quite a few bottles from them, and even used their bottle find service a couple of times. Whisky and Excellent Service
When it comes to The Really Good Whisky Company, let me tell you, they not only deliver on the good whisky, but their customer service is top-notch! I had a few hiccups with the delivery process, but the staff at this place really went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out and that I was a happy customer. The level of care and attention they showed me was truly impressive. I mean, who knew you could get good whisky and excellent people in the same place? Kudos to the team at RGW for being awesome!
Whisky tasting gift set
I bought this really awesome whisky tasting gift set from this one spot. It came through Amazon, but the box was all squished when it got here. I gave the company a call and they were fantastic! They made sure I got a brand new set right away and even threw in two extra bottles for free! The lady on the phone was super nice and really helpful.
Advent calendar
I had such an amazing time with The Really Good Whisky Company. Their variety of whiskies is seriously impressive, with so many options that are hard to come by elsewhere. I really loved joining in on the live online blind tastings with Alex, Shelley, and Vic - it was a fun and different way to discover new whiskies. The Advent calendar I bought has been a treat every year, full of exciting and interesting whiskies that I might not have tried otherwise. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchases from this company and would definitely suggest them to any whisky lover searching for something unique.
Gift for brother-in-law
I got my brother-in-law a gift and he really liked it! The package it came in was so fancy and elegant, it just needed a bow on top to be the perfect present. I'm super happy with how everything turned out and will for sure shop here again.
Found best whisky, took long to ship
So, I went to this super rad Whisky spot and discovered the most amazing whisky ever! It was seriously like a dream come true, eh? But man, it took forever to get delivered to my place. However, the lady there, oh my gosh, she was absolutely the best! She made sure to keep me in the loop about when it would show up, which was pretty awesome. And when it finally arrived, the packaging was just top-notch, I couldn't even believe it. I'll for sure be ordering from there again, no question about it.
Advent calendar of single malts
As a fan of scotch, I was super excited about the Advent calendar of single malts from The Really Good Whisky Company. Every glass I've tried has been amazing, and I've found some new favorites that I wouldn't have checked out otherwise. The different types and high quality of whiskies in the calendar are seriously impressive. It's a great present for anyone who loves whisky, and I'm really happy with my buy. The quick overseas delivery was a nice bonus too, making sure I could enjoy my whiskies without any waiting.
